Modern education concept requires students to develop-oriented,to promote the overall development of students,the development of students is to recognize the differences and development of students imbalance.In the teaching,teachers should correctly analyze the status of students' learning differences from the cognitive factors,learning attitude,students' habits,knowledge background and so on,research to promote the all-round development of each student,strengthen effective classroom management,and promote the quality development of teaching.Through the analysis and collation of the literature,understand the connotation of the difference teaching and difference teaching management,and clarify the principles of teaching management.Combining with the author's own teaching practice,this paper analyzes the problems existing in junior middle school mathematics teaching by means of interview,and verifies the effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics teaching management strategies based on difference teaching.The implementation of teaching management makes students' learning interest,learning ability,learning habits and academic achievements improve,and verifies the effectiveness of the different teaching management in promoting students' development,and forms and perfects the different teaching management strategies according to the practical experience,including the pre-class preparation stage management strategy,classroom teaching stage management strategy,after class summary stage management strategy.In the junior high school mathematics teaching management strategy based on difference teaching,we should improve the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching management,teachers should set up the concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,be good at learning,improve the art of mathematics teaching management,build harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and rationally design differentiated teaching activities.To strengthen the students' self-management in the teaching management,we should strengthen communication education,cultivate students' healthy psychology and correct the purpose of learning.The school should improve the mathematics teaching management system,improve the enthusiasm of teachers and students,so as to improve the effectiveness of the whole mathematics teaching management.
