Cultivating diversified talents requires front-line teachers to pay attention to the individual differences of students,and implement differentiated teaching according to the differences of students,so that every student can make progress.Mathematics teaching at the junior high school stage is not only about explaining mathematics knowledge,but more about learning mathematics ideas and methods.Due to the differences of students,different teaching strategies should be explored to deal with in order to expand students' thinking and make it easier for students The acceptance of knowledge,enhance the enthusiasm of learning,thereby improving the effectiveness of math classroom teaching.This research first defines the concept of difference teaching and classroom teaching effectiveness based on literature research;secondly,it uses the questionnaire method to investigate the differences between the students in the experimental class before class,the difference in class,and the difference after class.The survey results are analyzed by Excel;again,the difference teaching research plan is formulated through the survey results;finally,a comparative experiment of the difference teaching is carried out according to the research plan,and the effectiveness of the difference teaching is from the three-dimensional goal of knowledge and skills,process and methods,and emotional attitudes.Measure with the three dimensions of values.The conclusion of the research: After the experiment of differential teaching,it is found that the average score of the students in the experimental class is 6.92 points higher than that of the control class;the students in the experimental class have more interactions in class than the control class;the students in the experimental class have a significant learning attitude and interest in mathematics The promotion.Based on this,this article summarizes the implementation strategies of differential teaching from the differences before class,the differences in class and the differences after class.The innovations of the research: one is to study differential teaching from the perspective of classroom teaching effectiveness,with a unique perspective;the other is to measure the effectiveness of differential teaching from the perspective of three-dimensional goals,with new dimensions.
