The Contemporary College Students' Interest Demands Research

With the rapid improvement of market-oriented economy,people's awareness about rights,interests have become increasingly high,with a trend of diversification and density making China's social interests exist challenges.College students as an element of society,in the scale of the constitution,not only have the same basic rights as other citizens,but also have the special rights as college students.With the construction of law,contemporary college student's awareness of the rights and interests gain increasing powerful,and they are more concern about the maintenance and realization.However,as a result of cognitive level,mental maturity,self-control and other factors,there is a deviation about their understanding of the interests and demands of the way,resulting in some non rational behavior.The conflict between university and college students in rights,make the case of students protest "alma mater" increasing.These cases not only illustrate some problems in the management of College Students' interests,but also imitate the improper interests of students.Therefore,in the backdrop of promoting democratic management and building a harmonious campus,it is urgent and significant to study the interests of contemporary college students.Under the base of previous studies,this study primarily apply the literature analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis and other research methods,analyze contemporary university students interests problems,then discuss the main countermeasures of college students' problems of interests.This article was divided into four parts: the first part,introduction.relate research background and significance,mainly sets up ideas and methods about home and abroad,studies the innovation;the second part mainly expounds the basic connotation of college students' interests,the worth and the theoretical basis of this study;the third part,mainly according to the present situation of contemporary college students' interests the main problems of contemporary college students' interests,and to analyze the causes of the problems;the fourth part mainly focuses on the strategy about contemporary college students' interests problems,points out that we must transform the concept of school management,improve the education of students,uphold the reform of management system and build up the system construction.
