Study On How To Strengthen The Communist Party Of China's Leadership Of The Ideological Work In Colleges And Universities

Ideology work is an extremely important job of the Communist Party of China.As the frontier position of ideological work,colleges and universities play an important role in the safety of ideology.To strengthen the leadership is helpful to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology and consolidate the party's ruling foundation,and improve the spiritual guarantee for the great rejuvenation of the China.First of all,the paper summarizes the relevant theories of ideological leadership in colleges and universities.Based on the concepts,such as ideology and ideological work,leadership and ideological leadership,this paper clarifies the three connotations of "the leadership of ideological work in colleges and universities”,providing the theoretical premise for this article.According to the realities,this paper discusses the importance of strengthening the leadership from three levels:colleges and universities,the current situation of ideological work in colleges and universities and our country,in the purpose of laying the foundation for this article.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the weakening representation and reasons of the current ideological leadership in colleges and universities.Generally,the leadership in our country is good.At the same time,the leadership has weakened to a certain extent,which is manifested in the weakening of the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology,the party organizations' ideological function is not enough to play,and part of the young students of socialism mainstream ideology to be improved.The main reasons are:the impacts of the diversification of social ideological trend,the advantages and disadvantages of the new media,the threat of western ideological infiltration,and the in-adaptability of school increases the difficulty.Finally,Based on the three connotations of "ideological leadership work in colleges and universities",this paper analyses the situation of the leadership and explores the paths of strengthening the leadership from the aspect of political,thought and the daily practices.At the political 1 level,we must give full play to the core role of the party leadership and build the university into a position of CPC's leadership.Then,at the thought level,we must adhere to the guiding position of Marxism,"to consolidate the guiding ideology of Marxism in the field of ideology".Moreover,at the daily practice level,we must strengthen the construction of socialist mainstream ideology,enhancing student's the recognition and practice.
