In today's society,with the popularization of higher education,the employment situation is becoming more and more serious.The influence of “Male strong female weak thought”,which make the employment of female college students face more and more severe challenges.Female students encounter employment discrimination,employment problem is very serious,has become a prominent contradiction in the development of our society.its universality has attracted wide attention from all sectors of society.Solving the problem of employment discrimination of female college students affects the steady development of the society and building a harmonious society.Based on current situation of gender discrimination in the employment of female college students,this paper uses the theory of social dominance and the theory gender bias.This research take the empirical research method and simulate the form of recruitment scene to explore the origin of gender discrimination of female college students,creatively explore how the level of female college students' ability to affect the gender discrimination in the employment process.And then provide suggestions for the weakening of sex discrimination in employment.This study will be divided into gender discrimination in employment and gender discrimination in the promotion of employment and according to the theory of social domination,the occupation is divided into different classes to increase the occupation and reduce the occupation of the class differences.The following conclusions are drawn from the data analysis:1.In terms of job discrimination,discrimination in the employment of female college students is greater in the occupation of different strata,and the job discrimination of female college students is relatively small.For the male group,the contradictory gender bias is the influencing factors of the job discrimination of the female college students.For the female group,the social disposition tendency and the contradiction sex bias are the influencing factors of the female students' job discrimination.2.In terms of promotion of discrimination,discrimination against women is generally higher than that of men in the profession of increasing class differences or in the profession of reducing class differences.For the male group,the contradictory gender bias is the influencing factor of the promotion of discrimination against women,and for the female group,the social disposition tendency and the contradiction is not the prejudice of the women to promote the promotion of discrimination factors.3.Ability to a certain extent can weaken the discrimination of female college students.No matter in the occupation that increases the stratum difference or reduces the stratum difference in the occupation,the female university student's ability is stronger,to its employment discrimination and promotion discrimination will reduce.
