On the rapid transformation of economy and society,in the meanwhile of seeking diverse material comfort,people are paying more and more attention to the health care and the quality of life.College students is unusually high on the fitness life-style instantly.Strengthen body is not only the ultimateessen of the college courses,but also the important duty of university educators.Fitness have become the focus of the society,attracting attention from aruond the academy.The college students' fitness is no longer the main object of study in psychology and physical education,which is also an object of study of Sociology and Education.The benefits of fitness are obvious to college students.Evidently,the role of fitness is the priority research areas of promoting self-education.The study mainly analysis the benefits of the college students' participation in fitness.Firstly,the thematic study based on the benefits of the fitness;Secondly,the benefits of the fitness plays a positive role on the healthy growth of college students.By means of the semi-structured in-depth interviews to the twelve subjects,we are using the literature review,and according to the Educational,Sociological and Psychological theories to analyze their benefits.The study found that the benefits is taken into account from two perspectives of individuals and social interaction.This is the first aspect of the individula benefits,The benefits mainly includes three parts,physical and mental qualities,time management and learning transformation.The following benefits is the topics,types and status of interaction.Finally this paper is to reflect on the negative effects of benefits of the fitness and proposes the corresponding improvement measure and the countermeasure.
