A Scientific Study On The Selection Results Of The University's Autonomous Enrollment

Autonomous enrollment is an important policy of college entrance examination system reform,since came out a high-profile and as a part of a complete autonomous enrolment autonomy enrollment students after school academic performance relative to the issues of equity and efficiency in terms of autonomous enrolment,still lack of the necessary academic attention.Autonomous enrolment has been practised for more than 10 years in our country,could ever achieve the goal of talents is one of the focus of people.So after the entrance of the recruit students the ability to learn and specialty development of the research into people's field of vision gradually.For colleges and universities,therefore,the selection of personnel training problems,which can use scientific research methods,in-depth analysis for the recruitment of students and the students' learning performance and development ability,perfect follow-up personnel training mechanism,is to be a better achieve the purpose of the autonomous enrolment.Existing research mainly concentrated in the independent recruitment of students,in the aspect of policy and system of autonomous enrolment selection after very little talent evaluation and tracking,the scholars on the study of the problems at the same time,no talent of independent admission evaluation made in-depth study.In view of this,starting from the examinee of actual level,this study to evaluate the results of the autonomous enrolment.With "independent recruitment of students in colleges and universities the selection result is scientific research,colleges and universities in wuhan area as an example",seven universities in wuhan area as the study cases,based on independent admission after students enrolled,the questionnaire survey to the academic performance of manpower recruitment as the reference object,emphatically analyzes the influence of autonomous enrolment students academic performance,special factors such as comprehensive ability and advantage.This study used a SPSS21.0 affecting factors in the regression analysis,using quantitative data to show that the authenticity and reliability of the results of the study.This study found that:(1)compared with the recruitment of students,since the recruit students enrolled better grades,more development potential.Especially in the late university(junior)difference is obvious.See from statistical data,since the recruit students in high school,divergent thinking ability is strong,generally have a good family economic base,parents' education more and more strict with their children to learn.(2)the ability to recruit students enrolled since disappointing specialty development.Compared with the recruitment of students,only a small percentage of the specialty of recruit students believe their ability is to develop and improve,for the most of the students in the back.University autonomy in the selection of the cultivation of the talents in the later "disconnect",the lack of follow-up training in colleges and universities,the recruit students of the specialty and advantage has not been effectively play.
