| The university autonomous enrollment is an important part of the university entrance examination reformation. It adapt to the requirements of the popularization of higher education, and lots of people pay attention to it. For more than ten years, the university autonomous enrollment has made certain achievements. Its comprehensive evaluation, admission of multivariate model not only to promote the education for all-round development and also for the implementation of the autonomy of higher education, to provides a beneficial attempt for establishing multivariate talent evaluation mode. It has a positive impact and significance to promote the sustainable development of higher education. In specific implementation process of autonomous enrolment, however, also has exposed some problems, such as education fairness, homogeneity, effectiveness and high cost etc., it needs to carry out in-depth research and discussion.The core issue of autonomous enrollment is the talent selection. After the pilot for more than ten years, the effect of autonomous enrollment, the development of students from autonomous enrollment, the effectiveness of autonomous enrollment talents selection caused the wide attention of the whole society.On the basis of reading a large number of literature, this paper carding the development of autonomous enrollment in colleges and universities, analyzes the effectiveness and existing problems. This study takes the students’ academic achievement as the research object. Through the analysis of the students’academic achievement, it describes the effectiveness of the talent selection by autonomous enrollment, based on the theory of multiple intelligence theory, the all-round development of human beings, developmental education evaluation theory, using literature research, statistical analysis, and comparative research.This paper collects the academic data from A University Students of autonomous enrollment, and analyzes through three dimensions of learning, innovation ability and comprehensive quality. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the correlation of the college entrance examination, the written test of autonomous enrollment and the academic achievement of the students.According to the study, the students’academic achievement has achieved the university’s target about the talent selection. The students from autonomous enrollment shows strong ability to innovate and a prominent comprehensive quality. The written test of the autonomous enrollment has a good degree of differentiation. Through the research, the study also found some problems, and analyzes the cause of the problem by the pilot college itself, the policy and the examinee themselves. Combined with other countries and regions’ advanced methods and experiences, the study put forward countermeasures and suggestion to promote the university autonomous enrollment. |
