Teachers' professional identity refers to the recognition of their teachers' career identity and brings material or psychological satisfaction to teachers,which is a positive psychological state to take the initiative to accept the occupation.In particular,it is the cognition of teachers' occupation,including how to understand the role,meaning,specialty and basic ideas of teachers' profession;Teachers take emotional experience in the process of cognitive,such as sense of accomplishment and sense of belonging;On the basis of good emotional experience,teachers continue to engage in teachers' career and put more investment in teachers' career;Under the support of continued recognition and career investment,teachers have expectations,looking forward to their development prospect of career.Including career awareness,career sense of accomplishment,professional sense of belonging,continuing identity,career input and career expectations.The level of professional recognition directly affects the cognition,emotion and attitude of the initial teachers.It is directly related to the enthusiasm,professional development and teaching quality of teachers.It also plays a decisive role in the development of basic education in China.The initial teacher is at the beginning of the teachers' career,the critical period in the development of the teachers' career,which has an important influence on the future development of the teachers.In this study,setting Y city of X province as an example,on the basis of combing the literature,the author compiles questionnaires and interview outline to investigate the current situation of teachers' professional identity in rural primary school,and uses SPSS 23.0 software to analyze the survey results.Summing up the overall characteristics of rural primary school initial teachers: initial teachers in the rural primary school have a higher level of professional recognition.The specific performance is that initial teachers in the rural primary school have a clear understanding of the role and meaning;Initial teachers in the rural primary school have the high sense of accomplishment to hard work to confirm the value of work;Emotional attribution is higher,and teachers have a sense of honor and emotional experience;Professional investment will be high,good at self-study in leisure time;Career expectation is higher,improving benefits and getting more recognition of the community;Initial teachers are younger,owing the overall high academic qualifications.At the same time,there are some problems in the rural primary school teachers' professional identity.For example,initial teachers in the rural primary school lack ofhigh recognition of professional cognition and understanding the basic concept of lifelong learning;They have a low sense of group belonging;Leave intention is not clear and they lack of a clear career development plan.The causes of these problems are mainly described in terms of social factors,school factors and personal factors.The social factors are the relatively low economic treatment of primary school teachers and the reduction of the respect,while increasing demands of the community for primary school teachers.The school factors are the campus culture atmosphere and the school's teacher evaluation mechanism.The teachers' personal factors are the entry motivation and the individual characteristics of teachers.In view of the problems and influencing factors of teachers' professional identity,the author puts forward the corresponding solution strategy.At the social level,government should improve the income level of primary school teachers and improve the reputation to form the social environment of respecting teachers.At the school level,school should understand the needs of initial teachers to help them to plan their career development,create a good working environment for initial teachers,increase the professional development opportunities for teachers and strengthen the incentive mechanism to improve subjective initiative of initial teachers in rural primary school.In the teacher's personal level,teachers have to establish the concept of lifelong learning,establish a positive professional values and maintain a good attitude to enhance the compressive capacity.
