Strong professional idengity of teacher is the necessary conditions for teachers to positiving act role.However,according to the existing research shows that teachers in rural areas can not be optimistic about the career identity.This aroused my interest in the study.In accordance with the needs of the founder of the theory of Maslow's point of view: the demand for human behavior is the premise and foundation.Without exception, teachers agree that the conduct of the teaching profession there must be some kind of behind the promotion of demand.Individual teachers to meet the internal needs of the teaching profession is the logical starting point for identity.So,what are the factors that promote the youth of rural secondary school teachers agree with this career? Survey showed that:the teachers to meet individual needs,teachers of the individual community, the characteristics of the teaching profession,employment system in transition with the individual human capital and social capital is limited to the formation of professional identity of teachers in rural areas of the main factors.Young teachers in rural secondary schools after the formation of professional identity,the individual needs because they have not been better to meet their professional identity of the difficulties encountered by the weakening.Lead to young teachers in rural secondary schools by the weakening of professional identity of factors:academic problems of students,role conflict,lack of family support,school management system,the urban-rural social structure.However, secondary school teachers in rural areas has a strong professional identity of plasticity,it is said that we can debug for these barriers to control the rural secondary schools to improve young people agree that the teaching profession.
