In 2016,the government work report,Premier Li Keqiang first mention craftsman spirit,so that people refreshing.But at present,the majority of domestic enterprises pay more attention to the quantity and scale of production,while the emphasis on quality is relatively insufficient,resulting in the decline of the spirit of artisans.Secondary vocational schools assume the responsibility of cultivating and transporting a large number of skilled craftsmen for the state,society and enterprises.The decline of the spirit of the craftsmen,but also affect the concept of vocational school and vocational school students' employment concept and values.Therefore,secondary vocational schools to teach students the knowledge and skills at the same time,but also to strengthen the cultivation of students' occupation spirit,occupation morals,the secondary vocational school students has become the spirit of the craftsman skilled talents,promote the transformation of our country from the "manufacturing power" to "manufacturing power".This thesis aims at the research on the cultivation of vocational school students artisan spirit,adopting the research method of literature,comparative law,defines the related theory,introduces the necessity of vocational school students to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen,and understand the training status through the investigation,analysis of the problems in the training of the training,and points out the cause of the loss.Then from the German occupation education in the cultivation of the spirit of the craftsman successful mode and experience,with the reality of our country,put forward training countermeasures.
