Secondary high vocational school bear the important responsibility of cultivating high-quality workers and advanced-skilled talents.It conducts personnel training pointedly on the basis of adjustment of industrial structure and demand of vocational post changes;meanwhile,secondary high vocational school not only cultivates a great many of professionals for economic development,but also effectively support advancement of vocational education.Training of professionals is an overall and systematic project,concerning on professional skills;moreover,highlighting the cultivation of professional spirit.Professional spirit is the synthesis of sustained and stable values,attitude and spirit.It is the higher spiritual realm that professionals achieve on the basis of mastering vocational skills and obeying professional ethics.Additionally,professional spirit is also the essential prerequisite for quasi-professionals to start their work.The author finds that secondary high vocational schools lack the acquaintance of professional spirit through his practical survey.In addition,those schools fail to attach importance to cultivation of professional spirit,blurring the standard of culti-vation of professional spirit and lacking scientific theoretical basis.Concerned afore-mentioned problems,the author conducts his empirical analysis by adoption of behavioral event interview,questionnaire survey,the project analysis,exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,etc.Then,a professional spirit content structure model and evaluation scale have been successfully proposed for the purpose of providing certain scientific basis for cultivation of professional spirit of those who major in architecture in secondary vocational schools.This present research extends itself from the content structure of professional spirit.The dissertation analyzes the status quo and effectiveness of professional spirit cultivation so that the effective countermeasures and suggestions can offered to elevate students' profes'sional spirit,then enrich theory and empirical study of professional spirit.The dissertation consists six chapters.Chapter one is introduction,presenting the research background,reviewing relevant literature both at home and abroad in hand,defining the relevant core concept of professional spirit,confirming the range of the study and showcasing the specific research programme the present research needed.The second chapter touches content structure in professional spirit around the employees of building trades in Shanghai.Firstly,there is a in-depth interviews around the employees of building trades in Shanghai through behavioral event interview to get content components of the employees' professional spirit in building trade primarily.Then,one graph about content components of professional spirit would be present.Meanwhile,a questionnaire survey is conducted on the selected investigation objects in order to get empirical data.Then,professional spirit content structure model can be built and verified by item analysis,exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,the model can be established.Chapter Three concerns study of current situation about students who major in architecture in secondary high vocational school in Shanghai.The evaluation scale of those students would be made in accordance with the above model.The author takes the scale as measuring tool to carry out investigation based on students' current situation of their professional spirit.Then,students' preliminary training situation can be acquired.The fourth chapter displays relevant research of the current situation and problem in students' cultivation of professional spirit.In this part,the real circumstance of the professional spirit's cultivation about these students is mainly gained through interview survey.The author attempts to find out actual problems of training work in professional spirit and try to analyze reasons of those problems.Chapter five demonstrates the countermeasures and suggestions around the professional spirit's cultivation about students who major in architecture in secondary high vocational school in Shanghai.This part mainly discusses how to acquire effective promotion in training result of the professional spirit about these students with the help of the investigation result presented in chapter three and chapter four.The last chapter is research summary and reflection.The author summarizes research work and finds inadequacies this paper existed in order to provide specific direction about improvement and optimization for the follow-up relevant study of professional spirit.In general,the research makes advantageous attempt in field of professional spirit training from the empirical research of students of secondary vocational school who major in architecture.The present research adopts methods of BEI and Grounded theory approach,etc,to get the content structure in professional spirit around the employees of building trades,and professional spirit content structure model and evaluation scale can be established and verified through questionnaire survey,the project analysis,factor analysis,etc.Therefore,the author himself makes the current study in professional spirit of the students in secondary vocational school who major in architecture in Shanghai.The author holds the view that the present research result is of important application value for training of professional spirit of those students who major in architecture in secondary vocational school.
