A Study On The Cultivation Of Vocational Spirit Of The Secondary Vocational School Students

Secondary vocational school is an important part of our country’s education system, which the main propose is to improve people’s skill so the enterprises and society to cultivate the production, technology and service. The vocational education take the important responsibility of the inheritance skills.It’s technical ability reflect Chinese manufacturing.We made great achievement in vocational education,but ignored the cultivation of professional spirit of the vocational school students.The professional spirit demonstrate the occupational attitude,professional will and responsibility of one person.Many students are not good at work and the enterprises are not satisfy their skills too.That because the education in school is not combine with the social practice.The whole society have bad impression in vocational school students and have some questions in vocational education which is a bad influence on vocational education.This paper is a research on the cultivation of professional spirit of the secondary vocational school students. This paper firstly describes the background and significance of the research, and summarizes the current situation of the research,illustrate the trend of development and the innovation point. Then the paper defines the related concepts, and expounds the related theories, and points out the important significance of vocational spirit education. And then points out the problems in the cultivation of students’ professional spirit,and discusses the two aspects of the students themselves and the school education. Then from three aspects of society,school and students to analyze the causes of the problem.Finally,the problems and causes of the above problems are put forward:Firstly,to establish a school enterprise cooperation, to strengthen the cultivation of professional spirit, to cultivate a good habit.Secondly,to strengthen the teaching practice by improving the case and using the information technology. Thirdly, to strengthen the integration of teaching and professional practice. Lastly,enhance the class management.
