The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "building a large army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers,carrying forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen,and building a glorious social fashion of labor and a spirit of dedication to excellence." At present,our country is in a critical period from a big industrial country to a powerful industrial country.The contradiction between the urgent need for talents and the insufficient effective supply of talents in industrial transformation and upgrading is very prominent.Facing the realistic predicament of our manufacturing industry,we need to accept a lot to promote high-quality economic development and to promote the continuation and transformation of new and old kinetic energy.Skilled talents of high quality vocational education.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate and carry forward the spirit of craftsman,which is rigorous,conscientious,continuous and perfect.However,looking at the relevant research at home and abroad,it is found that the research on the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit of secondary vocational school students is still in its infancy,and some research results have been achieved in the following two broad research fields:(1)In recent years,there have been quite a number of documents defining the connotation of craftsmanship spirit;Influencing factors and cultivation path have been discussed to varying degrees,and consensus has been reached in some theoretical aspects.However,the research in this field is still scattered,so far,no systematic study on cultivation path of craftsmanship of vocational college students has been seen.(2)Generally speaking,there are many theoretical studies on the effects and influencing factors of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among Vocational College students,some of which have also constructed more standardized models of influencing factors;the main shortcomings are that the theoretical models lack practical testing,and lack of empirical analysis in research methods.Based on the above-mentioned reality,this research is based on the “supposed” vision and “as-is” mode of the cultivation path of the “artisan spirit” of secondary vocational college students.The structure of this article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction part,which mainly conducts research and argumentation on the selected topics,research methods,literature reviews and other related topics and how to carry out research,and belongs to the "research" part.The second part is the theoretical basis and research hypothesis.On the basis of sorting and summarizing the literature and using the tacit knowledge theory and social learning theory,the core literacy dimension of vocational students' "artisan spirit" and the cultivation effect of vocational students "artisan spirit" are constructed.The influencing factor model,based on which the research hypothesis is put forward,belongs to the “shall” target part of the research level.The third part is practice investigation and empirical analysis.Through the investigation of three vocational schools in Jiangxi Province,the empirical research found that:(1)From the overall analysis results,the vocational student's "artisan spirit" literacy level is 3.72,At a lower level.(2)grade differences and internship experience have a significant impact on the vocational students' "artisan spirit" literacy level;gender,parental education,parent's occupation,and family residence have no significant effect on vocational students' "artisan spirit" literacy level.Sexual differences.(3)From the results of the impact analysis,it is concluded that the external social environment,campus culture,curriculum teaching,practical behavior,and endogenous forces have a significant impact on the cultivation effect of the “artisan spirit” of secondary vocational students.The fourth part is policy recommendations,based on the comparison of practical problems and due objectives,from the improvement and update of the external social environment level,the optimization and improvement of the school cultivation environment level,the innovation and linkage of the practical behavior level,the strengthening and Inspire four aspects and put forward strategies and suggestions to promote the effect of cultivating the artisan spirit of students in vocational colleges.
