Based On The IPA Method Of Quanzhou Sports Facilities Satisfaction Evaluation Research

Sports venues as the carrier of sports,in the event,.sports and fitness plays a very important role.However,the operation of the stadium,there is insufficient use of resources,space facilities maintenance funding shortages.As the main body of investment,the state dominates the construction of stadiums and gymnasium facilities,and the corresponding sports resources are inefficient in utilization efficiency.Most of the facilities with advanced facilities are very common.Therefore,from the perspective of comprehensive evaluation of the stadium to quantify customers for the management of sports venues and services to provide a more comprehensive information.Which is conducive to the improvement of sports facilities management theory.It provides the theoretical basis for the management,maintenance and opening of the sports facilities in Quanzhou.It can meet the demand of Quanzhou people for physical training places and improve the service quality of the stadiums.Quanzhou City Department of sports management efficiency,improve service facilities and sports facilities.In this paper,the literature research,questionnaire survey,the importance of satisfaction analysis and other methods,based on the "three factors" theory from the perspective of customer satisfaction Quanzhou sports venues to study.Discussion on the Factors Influencing the Development of Gymnasiums and Gymnasiums in Quanzhou from the Angle of Customers.The results show that:1.The importance and satisfaction of the facilities and services in Quanzhou City are five dimensions,namely,accessibility,service quality,training environment,service management quality and economy.2,after three factors of IPA analysis to draw four quadrants,namely,high performance factors;excitatory factors;low performance factors and basic factors.3,from the importance of perspective,the convenience of arrival on Quanzhou residents the greatest impact on the types of facilities,the smallest venues;residents are more concerned about the rationality of the stadium facilities design,relatively speaking on the arrangement of goods placed in the cabinet the situation the smallest;Exercise facilities,environmental safety and protection of the most attention;for the most courteous service management staff attention to the timeliness of service management and responsibility to a lower degree of importance;sports venues facilities cost-effective.4,Satisfaction,the lowest satisfaction is the types of sports facilities,the highest is the facility to reach the convenience of sports facilities;satisfaction with the lowest is the stadium facilities bathing conditions,the highest is the stadium facilities opening hours;satisfaction The lowest is the activity site cleanliness,the highest is the exercise facility environmental safety protection;the lowest satisfaction is the responsibility of service managers,the highest is the courtesy of service managers;satisfaction is the lowest service products such as food and beverage sports Equipment prices,the highest is the cost of sports venues and facilities activities.
