The Study Of Campus Football Culture Construction In Meizhou

Based on the analysis of the concepts,values and connotations of "culture","sport culture","football culture" and "campus football culture",using the methods of literature reviews,survey,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this study comprehensively investigated the status of the campus football culture construction in six campus football special school in Meizhou.To counter some existing problems,relative suggestions and solutions were proposed to promote the campus football culture and improve the campus cultural level.The results showed that:1.The six middle schools have been initially formed the material and cultural basis to carry out the campus football activity,but there were still some problems or predicaments,e.g.,lack of football field,facilities,and management.Besides,the single source of fund can't meet the requirement for campus football activities.2.In the forms of outside football activities,the six middle schools have carried out a series of football matches,such as match between classes,The Ball King's Cup,The Mayor's Cup,The Anti-Drug Cup,The Sports Lottery Cup,The County Cup,and The Elitist match.But there were few fun activities,such as football knowledge competition and campus football culture festival.Otherwise,none of the school publicized their campus football activities.3.Teachers and students in the six middle schools had certain understanding to the values of football,but lacked the spiritual culture heritage of Meizhou's football and the setting of campus football culture logo.The excellent spiritual culture of Meijiang's football were less organized.4.The six schools in Meizhou made relative regulations to keep the football activities moving,but the execution was poor,especially lack of football teacher incentive regulation and field equipment regulation.Based on the problems above,suggestions were given as follows:First,enhance the construction of football fields and source of funds,fully exert the advantageous of "home of football" Meizhou.Second,integrate different kinds of recreational and sports activities into football,rich the forms of outside football activities.Meanwhile,reinforce the propaganda of campus football activities.Third,combined with geographical advantages,publicize Meizhou's football culture and carry forward the spirit of "Ball King" to the students.Encourage the students to actively participate the football activity and design the logos of campus football culture which belong to their own schools.Last,consummate the football rules and regulations.
