| In the context of innovative social management,building government-led,social coordination and public participation is an important way to solve complex social public affairs.The youth campus football project is complex and diverse,which cannot be solved by a single department.Therefore,the development of campus football collaborative governance is an inevitable move to innovate social management.Based on the above background,from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and field investigation,to select the four subjects of government,school,society and family for analysis,and follows the theoretical framework — problem analysis —problem solving logic to conduct in-depth research on the collaborative governance of campus football in Meizhou City,Guangdong Province.First of all,it summarizes the related research of collaborative governance and the research progress of campus football in the last ten years,and explains the necessity of collaborative governance of campus football.Secondly,the concept and theory of campus football and collaborative governance are expounded.On this basis,the theoretical framework of campus football collaborative governance is constructed from four dimensions: government,school,society and family.The third is Meizhou campus football collaborative governance as the research object,starting from the four dimensions of government,school,society and family,in-depth analysis of the current situation of Meizhou campus football collaborative governance.In general,Meizhou campus football collaborative governance development is good,but there are still have some problems.The unclear role positioning of government entities and insufficient governance capabilities coexist,such as the non separation of management and management between the government and the Football Association,as well as the imperfect guarantee,incentive,and supervision mechanisms;There is an imbalance in the development of the main body of the school,such as insufficient awareness of the principal and insufficient guarantee of conditions;The main entities of social organizations have limited collaborative governance capabilities;The majority of parents lack enthusiasm for participation.Fourth,on the basis of theoretical construction and current situation analysis,put forward Meizhou campus football collaborative governance development strategy.The government should strengthen the top-level design,improve the system guarante,transform government functions,promote streamline administration and delegate power;Cultivate multiple subjects and improve effective participation;Improve the operation system and form synergy.The school should perfect the condition guarantee and promote the healthy development;Enhance the cognition of the principal,change the popular idea;Stimulate the vitality and build cooperative relations.The Social should strengthen organizational construction and enhance governance capacity;expand the financial channels and strengthen cooperrative capacity.The family should enhance the cognitive level and change the educational concept;strengthen collaborative participation and promote co-parenting between families and schools. |
