Today,young teachers in higher vocational colleges have are the main force of teachers in higher vocational colleges,which are an important human resource for training personal with high professional qualification.The professional identity of young teachers in higher vocational education has a direct impact on the the input and quality of teaching activities and work,and also influences the development of teachers' professional development and the realization of self value.Based on the previous research and the analysis of the relevant theory,this study used self-compiled question-naires investigated the vocational identity of young teachers in higher vocational colleges from five dimensions: occupation cognition,self cognition,occupation emotion,occupation behavior and social supports.The results show that the professional identity of young teachers in higher vocational colleges is on the Upper-middle level.Among them,the occupation behavior had the highest score,the lowest score is social supports.From the angle of demographic variables analysis,gender,education,there are differences between males and females on the professional identity,and females was higher than males.Occupation identity of young teachers have no significant differences in age,seniority,education,job title,salary level,course type,school type,School District,but there are differences in individual age,age stage,individual dimensions.Results first,the professional identity of young teachers in higher vocational education has no significant correlation in age,seniority,education,job title,salary level,course type,graduate school type,school location,only there existed significantly difference between certain dimensions in length of age,seniority.Occupation identity of young teachers is conspicuously related to attitude of professional development.The main affecting factors concentrate on exterior environment factors include education policy environment,development plans of the university,salary and so on.According to the above analysis of this part of the survey results and refl ects the main issues,the thesis puts forward with enhance professional sympath y in two aspect:the external and internal environment.At the exterior environm ent level,the paper advances: revolve about creating sound education policy en-vironment,increasing west public cognition of higher vocational school,improvin-g teacher pay and treatment,enhancing the school development level,improving students' quality,constructing teachers' healthy platform.At the inside level includ ed:setting up the right wish,improving their professional quality and ability and making career plans.
