Absrtact: Humanistic care is the unity of human personality and creativity to pay attention to whether human subjectivity highlights dignity and whether value is achieved or not.Its essence is people-oriented and its starting point is human needs for survival and developments.According to the social exchange theory,individuals' different experiences of organizational humanistic care will influence their behaviors to some extent,and different emotional experiences will force employees to adjust the ratio of input and output between themselves and the organization to maintain a dynamic balance between the two.In the era of knowledge economy with fierce competition,the good campus cultural atmosphere and other humanistic care provided by schools may be an important factor influencing the professional identity of young teachers,as ordinary individuals in school life.At present,there are few recognized standard measurement tools for humanistic care perception measurement in China,and domestic and foreign researches on humanistic care are mostly focused on the individual's humanistic care ability.There are few researches on organizational humanistic care about individual experience,and less researches on the relationship among humanistic caring perception,professional identity,and self-harmony.Therefore,this study aims to explore the influence of school humanistic care perception on professional identity of primary and secondary school teachers and the role of self-harmony in the influencing mechanism.Study 1: A good reliability and validity teachers' perception of humanistic care in schools questionnaire was developed as the research tool of study 2.Study 2: To explore the influence mechanism of young teachers' perception of humanistic care on their professional identity.This study applied the Teachers' Perception of Humanistic Care in Schools Questionnaire,Self-harmony Questionnaire,Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Professional Identity Questionnaire to test a valid sample of 686 young teachers in primary and secondary schools,and used SPSS22.0 and Amos24.0 for correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis.The results show that:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between young teachers' humanistic care perception and teachers' professional identity,and it can positively predict teachers' professional identity;(2)Young teachers' perception of humanistic care is positively correlated with self-harmony,and it can positively predict self-harmony;(3)Self harmony is positively correlated with teachers' professional identity,and it can positively predict teachers' professional identity;(4)In the influence mechanism of humanistic care perception of young teachers on teachers' professional identity,self-harmony plays a part of mediating role.Conclusion:(1)The reliability and validity of the self-designed teachers' perception of humanistic care in schools scale are good;(2)The correlation between variables is significant;(3)Self-harmony plays an intermediary role between the perception of humanistic care of young teachers and their professional identity.
