People yearns for success innately.For education,the activity which cultivates human beings,guiding people to success is a necessary demand.Compared to other types of students,those in Secondary Vocational Schools may not do well in studies.The lack of successful experience induces them produce negative emotional feelings,which could lead to more depression,low self-esteem,interpersonal tension,academic and career pressure,and other psychological problems,seriously affecting their psychological health.The psychological health of the students in vocational schools is not only related to the individual's life happiness,but also directly related to such a fact that if the vocational school can provide normal and qualified labor.Therefore,it is an effective way in which some measures are taken to ensure students to get successful experience and their physical health,which guarantees and promotes Chinese vocational talents qualities in the process of education.This study will focus on how to promote the development of students' physical and mental health in secondary vocational schools as well as their psychological problems.From the current situation where secondary vocational students acquire successful experience,I will use literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods,exploring the secondary vocational students' successful experience and internal links and mechanisms related to their mental health,analyzing the main factors,which restricts and influences students to obtain success and giving some suggestions on some key points and problems to be solved.This research is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,indicates the reasons for choosing this topic,puts forward the inner relationship between students' physical health and obtainment of successful experience,demonstrates the significance and the theoretical basis of this study,collates the existing literature,and introduces the whole idea and research methods.The second part mainly refers to the domestic related theory,starting from how to solve the problems of depression,self-esteem,lack of learning interest and learning motivation,interpersonal tension and employment pressure,analyzing the mechanism which successful experience can promote vocational students' healthy growth.The third part mainly explores the main source of obtaining successful experience in teaching process and main way in which school provides successful experience for vocational students through the depth interview of the secondary vocational school students with cases in Zhong Shan,Tianjin Chi Cheng vocational secondary school,Tianjin labor and social security Technician College and Tianjin city Career Academy.The fourth part mainly uses the depression self rating scale,self esteem scale and self-made scale,samples the psychological conditions of those students in above schools,grasp the current vocational students' depression,self-esteem,learning interest and learning motivation,interpersonal relationship,career pressure and other basic psychological status and existing problems.The fifth part mainly puts forward some feasible countermeasures using successful experience guides students' health growth,according to those aforementioned existing problems in vocational students and restricting factors and realistic condition of school development.
