With the support of vocational education,vocational education is developing vigorously.Vocational schools gradually go out of the bottleneck of enrollment,and students are increasing.The increase in the number of students has also appeared on the level of diversity,and the diversity of students has increased the difficulty of teaching and management.In teaching and management,teachers and students inevitably conflict.Secondary vocational teachers and students are two more stressful groups,so the two groups are relatively prone to conflict.The conflict between teachers and students not only affects the teaching and learning of teachers and students,but also greatly affects the mental health of teachers and students.The frequent conflicts between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools make the author pay attention to the psychological health of teachers and students while paying attention to the conflict between teachers and students.The writer is a secondary school mental health education teachers,combined with their own teaching practice,access to information about the psychological health education of teachers and students,teachers and students conflict at home and abroad,from the conflict between teachers and students and psychological health education of the two dimensions of the design of the questionnaire,questionnaire investigation respectively for teachers and students,teachers and students psychological characteristics and the causes and current situation the conflict between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools to understand.In addition,interviews with some teachers and students,combined with classroom observation and classroom observation,put forward strategies to solve conflicts between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of mental health education.In the process of sorting out documents,it is found that many researches are about the unilateral mental health education of teachers and students.This paper attempts to comprehensively compare the mental health of teachers and students to explore the correlation between teacher-student conflict and mental health.By adopting mental health education methods for teachers and students,and adopting effective mental health education methods for teachers and students,we can improve the mental health level of these two teaching subjects synchronously.Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon of communication between people and people,and the conflict between teachers and students is inevitable in teaching activities.This paper analyzes the conflict between teachers and students from the perspective of mental health education.On the one hand,we hope to enhance the mental health level of teachers and students through mental health education and avoid unnecessary disruptive conflicts.On the other hand,it is hoped that teachers and students can correctly understand the conflict and actively solve the conflict after the conflict.The reduction of destructive conflict and the proper solution of constructive conflict make the relationship between teachers and students more harmonious,psychological healthier,the school's style of study and school spirit are more regular,and it is also more conducive to the development of schools.
