Research The Influence Of Csl Team Players' Diversity On Team Performance

From the ascept of the definition and measure of staves 's diversity,the influence and mechanism of staves' diversity on team performances,the function and implemention of diversity and the influence of player's diversity on team performances,the foreign scholars have carried out research on the influence of diversity on corporate performances and team performances.There are not many researches on the relationship between staves' diversity and team performance and corporate performance in China,and the influence of diversity of players on sports performance in sports field level is low.Strictly speaking,our country has not carried out this kind of research yet.In the face of the CSL club's presence of foreign players,the local players' region difference,the age difference of the players and the players' tenure difference and other diversified situation,CSL players become more prominent degree of diversity.This study uses the research methods of staves' diversity,and carry out the research of how the CSL team players' diversity influence the team performances,how to build the path to realize of team players'diversify and diversification team players' recruitment and team diversity management,which has the theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the CSL team level,promoting the national football level and other sports team achievement improvement.And this study provides a new perspective of researching the relationship between the CSL team and the performance.After the reviewing and summarizing the three parts of theoretical research which include the foundation research of the diversity in team staffs,the study of how the diversity in the sports field will influence the team performances by the foreign scholars and the influential factors of the team performances in CSL competition by the domestic scholars.According to the situation of CSL,this study chose age diversity,region diversity and tenure diversity these three dimensions to describe the diversity degree of CSL teams.On the basis of information-determination theory,similar attraction theory,social categorization theory,social classification theory and any other diversification theories,this study carried out the hypothesizes of the relationship between these diversity factors and the team performances.After all this,this study put forward the theoretical model about the influence of team members' diversity on the team performances.Combining with the name list of 16 teams in the 2012-2016 season of CSL and the results after 1200 games in five seasons,analysising these objective data to explore the influence and mechanism of the CSL players' diversity and team performances.This research found that:(1)from the perspective of the players'age diversity and team performances,this study found that all the CSL clubs have low players' age diversity level and this study didn't find the corresponded relationship between the players' age diversity and the team performances;(2)from the perspective of the players' region diversity and team performances,this study firstly divided the players into foreign players and domestic players according to the status of the players of CSL clubs.After the descriptive analysis this study found that the nationality diversity of foreign players and the region diversity of domestic players is obvious in the CSL clubs.According to the correlation analysis and regression analysis,the relationship between the nationality diversity of foreign players and the score and the winning percentage,which are the two dimensions to describe the team performances,are both negatively correlated;While the relationship between the region diversity of domestic player of CSL and the team points and winning percentage are both positively correlated;(3)from the perspective of the players'tenure diversity and team performances,the degree of CSL club players'tenure diversity is high,and it has the positively correlated with the team winning percentage;(4)through the analysis this study found that there is interaction between the players' diversity variables,of which the positive correlation degree of tenure diversity and the team performances will influence by the domestic players' region diversity,which to be much more specifically,the positive correlation between the tenure diversity and the team performances will enhance by the increasing of domestic players' region diversity.Another interaction conclusion is that,the positive correlation degree of tenure diversity and the team performances will influence by the foreign players' nationality diversity.To be more specifically,the positive correlation degree of tenure diversity and the team performances will weaken by the increasing of foreign players'nationality diversity.On the basis of the conclusion,this study also put forward four aspects of countermeasures and suggestions:(1)combine the diversification situation of each team and optimize the foreign and local players'recruitment conditions;(2)pay more attention to the diversity management of the CSL club and construct the team harmony atmosphere of team diversity;(3)size the opportunities of diversity,enhance the level of national football level;(4)speed up the training of local coaches,enhance the coach level of our country.
