By integrating sociological theory,psychological theory,management theory and training theory,this study adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.This paper reveals the relationship between trust and team performance of the young women 's hockey team in Shanghai,and puts forward the countermeasures for the optimization and development of the women's hockey team in Shanghai.The purpose of the study is to find a new way to improve the team performance for guiding the young women's hockey team in Shanghai,and at the same time,to provide reference and reference for the training and management practice of other level and age level hockey team in our country.Results of the study:1.There was a significant correlation between team trust and team performance(P<0.05),and the multiple correlation coefficient was 0.716.2.Cognitive trust has the greatest influence on task performance,while emotional trust has the greatest influence on relationship performance.3.Cognitive trust and emotional trust have the greatest influence on the overall performance of job performance,followed by personal performance.4.Emotional trust has the greatest influence on team identity in relationship performance,followed by helping team-mates and third sense of responsibility.Cognitive trust has the greatest influence on relationship performance,followed by team identity,responsibility and interpersonal harmony.Conclusion:1.For Shanghai Junior Women 's Hockey team,team trust promotes team performance,and with the improvement of team trust,team performance is gradually improved.2.In the aspect of cognitive trust,the players give recognition and approval to their teammates through observation and performance in the game,and encourage and help each other when they encounter setbacks in training,thus strengthening the cognitive trust of the team.More to promote the performance of the job to improve.The sense of identity generated by emotional trust can promote the establishment of identity among players,help improve the frequency of teammates,and promote the performance of the relationship.3.Emotional trust and cognitive trust promote the overall performance of job performance,followed by individual performance.In the youth women 's hockey team,the trust between teammates gradually improved,the higher the emotional contact frequency between the individual team,the closer the social interaction network,the stronger the cohesion of the team as a whole.The closer the cohesion between individuals,the better the performance of the team as a whole.Furthermore,it can promote the recognition of players' ability level and the trust of specific ability level,which can effectively improve the performance of the whole hockey team.4.1n adolescent women 's hockey team,emotional trust is based on the emotional connection between the two sides and can lead to the establishment of identity between players.Players actively help their teammates in a rational and mutually beneficial exchange relationship,and they also voluntarily engage in activities that are beneficial to the organization and others,and fully reflect the sense of responsibility of the players themselves.On the basis of cognitive trust,with the deepening of understanding of teammates,players help each other to increase the number of mutual help,so that the players establish a sense of identity,and help predict the performance of the role of teammates.This promotes the formation of a sense of responsibility between players.At the same time,the frequency of player communication increased,the link of information transmission decreased,enhance the overall promotion of interpersonal harmony between players.
