Facing the ever-changing social changes,people's ideas are changing,and the sense of competition is becoming more and more intense.Students are under pressure from all aspects of society,school and family.High school students,aged 15 and 16,are the backbone of building a harmonious China and the future of the motherland.In the face of pressure from family,school,they tend to be puzzled and confused,and often lose pursuit in the confusion,lead to self harmony is poor,the critical period of body and mind development is very bad to say,they are prone to psychological problems.At this time,if the father of a family member to be able to give children the proper warmth and understanding,so the child's heart will be more and more harmonious,and then improve their achievement motivation and effort toward the right direction.Achievement Motivation,Achievement Motivation)refers to the individual pursuit of success of a need or desire,namely individual willing to do those felt subjectively meaningful,the more important thing,and try to make it perfect an internal Motivation.Achievement motivation is a kind of relatively advanced social motivations,it can help students set up excellent goal,constantly improve their own level,overcome in the face of difficulties,and under the condition of competition get good grades.In this study,569 high school students in Xingtai county,Hebei province were selected as the participants,using the father's parenting style scale(EMBU),achievement motivation scale(AMS),self-concordance scale(SCCS)and SPSS18.0 statistical software to investigate and analyze the relationship between father's parenting style,self-concordance and achievement motivation,and reached the following conclusions:1.There was a significant difference in the parenting style of high school students in grade,gender,only-child and paternal degree variables.2.There was a significant difference in achievement motivation among high school students in grade,gender and father's degree variables.3.There were significant differences in self-concordance among high school students in grade,gender,only-child and father's cultural degree variables.4.The father's emotional warmth can positively predict the achievement motivation,andthe father's excessive protection can negatively predict the achievement motivation;Self-concordance can positively predict achievement motivation;The emotional warmth of high school fathers can positively predict self-concordance,and punishment,denial and overprotection can negatively predict self-concordance.5.Self-concordance has some mediating effect between father's parenting style and achievement motivation.Father's parenting style can directly influence achievement motivation,but also indirectly influence achievement motivation by influencing self-concordance.
