Academic achievement as an impotant variable in affecting the employment ability of college students and an indicator of the quality of personnel training in universities,has attracted more and more attention.This study took college students as the research object,explored the influencing factors of academic achievement and the constituent factors of academic achievement by means of questionnaire survey,and compiled a scale of measuring academic achievement suitable for college students in China.The main conclusions:1.The college students' academic achievement scale includes four factors: knowledge and skills,cognition and thinking,innovation and practice,and interpersonal promotion.The factor analysis shows that college students' academic achievement scale has credible reliability.Through confirmatory factor analysis found that various fitting indexes meet inspection standards,sample data and the model fitting is good,it means the academic achievement scale has good structure validity and can be used to measure students' academic achievement.2.The psychological capital of college students has a positive influence on innovation behavior,the hope and self-efficacy factors have an effective impact on innovation behavior.There is correlation between academic achievement and psychological capital,and psychological capital has an consipicious impact on the four dimensions of academic achievement.Between innovation behavior and academic achievement have remarkable correlation,and innovation behavior has a significant positive influence on the four dimensions of academic achievement.Innovative behavior plays a part of intermediary role between psychological capital and academic achievement of college students,that is,the influence of psychological capital on academic achievement is partly realized through innovative behavior.3.The single factor analysis result shows that there is no significant difference in the gender of college students' psychological capital.The average level of innovation behavior of male students is higher than that of female students.The average level of academic achievement of male students is lower than that of female students.The average level of psychological capital,innovation behavior and academic achievement of student cadre group is higher than that of non-student cadre group.The average level of innovation behavior of the only-child group is higher than that of the non-only-child group.There is no significant difference in psychological capital and academic achievement between the non-only-child group and the onlychildren group.The average level of psychological capital,innovative behavior and academic achievement of college students with above average academic performance is relatively higher,while the average level of psychological capital,innovative behavior and academic achievement of college students with below average academic performance is relatively lower.4.By multi-group analyzing,in different gender groups,psychological capital has prominent influence on innovation behavior,psychological capital has positive influence on academic achievement,and innovation behavior has significant influence on academic achievement.And the effect of psychological capital on innovation behavior,psychological capital on academic achievement,and innovation behavior on academic achievement of female students are greater than that of male students.The impact of psychological capital on innovation behavior,psychological capital on academic achievement,and innovation behavior on academic achievement are smaller than that of non-student cadre group.In different professional groups of undergraduate,psychological capital has positive affect on innovation behavior,psychological capital has remarkable influence on academic achievement,and innovation behavior has positive influence on academic achievement.In different majors,the relationship between psychological capital and innovation behavior from large to small,which includes literature and history,economics and management,science and technology groups.The relationship between psychological capital and academic achievement from large to small,which includes economic management group,literature and history group,and science and technology group.The influence on the relationship between innovation behavior and academic achievement from large to small,which includes economics and management group,literature and history group,and science and engineering group.
