Primary school is the start-up stage of school life students step into and lays the foundation on learning career.Learning burnout is a kind of negative psychological condition,which has an important effect on students' academic achievement.The consequence of pupils' learning burnout is that it not only affect physical and mental health,but also lower academic achievement,so it arouses wide attention of family,school and the whole society.Teachers' caring behavior pupils perceive is a kind of supportive school psychological environment.By external support of perception,student can gain intrinsic motivation to change the bad learning psychological state,to reduce the learning burnout,to promote academic achievement and to improve the level of mental health.The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship of teachers' caring behavior pupils perceive,learning burnout and academic achievement,in order to explore the influence of teachers' caring behavior pupils from grade 4 to grade 6 perceive and learning burnout on academic achievement,so I put forward some educational suggestions here.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing literature,the study has applied“Youth Learning Burnout's Scale”revised by Yan Wu and Xiaoyan Dai,“Teachers' Caring Behavior's Questionnaire”revised by Hao Lei and the survey project of Chinese adolescent psychological development on Chinese academic achievement test(the second and third stage)and Mathematics academic achievement test(the second stage)revised by Qi Dong and Chongde Lin is measuring tools.696 pupils of five primary schools from Tongling?Chizhou and Huainan of Anhui Province have been surveyed.The research results indicate that:1.Learning burnout of pupils from grade 4 to grade 6 is below average,and the demographic variables such as city differences and one child have significant discrepancies.2.Teachers' caring behavior pupils from grade 4 to grade 6 perceive is above average,and the demographic variables such as city and countryside and one child have significant discrepancies.3.Academic achievement of pupils from grade 4 to grade 6 is average,and the demographic variables such as gender,grade,city and countryside and one child have significant discrepancies.4.There is a significant correlation among teachers' caring behavior pupils from grade 4 to grade 6 perceive and learning burnout and academic achievement.5.Teachers' caring behavior pupils from grade 4 to grade 6 perceive and learning burnout have certain predictive effect.6.Learning burnout pupils from grade 4 to grade 6 generate plays the partial intermediary role between teachers' caring behavior pupils perceive and academic achievement.According to the research results,the study has some constructive suggestions as follows: creating a caring atmosphere to improve teachers' caring behavior ability;transforming education idea to improve pupils' bad learning psychology;encouraging multilateral participate to enhance the mental health level of elementary school students.
