In today's society,the competition between countries is the competition of talents actually,so education has always occupied an important position.Academic achievement is an important index to measure the quality of school personnel,and also an important factor to affect the growth of high school students.Human potential is unlimited,however,many high school students in the learning process do not know how to use psychological capital as a kind of capital to develop,therefore,it is necessary to explore the influence mechanism between psychological capital and academic achievement.In order to achieve the research purpose,this paper mainly does the following work.Firstly,Combing domestic and foreign literatures,and summarizing it,then searching relevant theories as the basis of research,and establishing the model of the influence of high school students' psychological capital on their academic achievements with learning input as the intermediary.Secondly,Data analysis software Mplus was used to test the reliability and validity of psychological capital,learning engagement and academic achievement scale for high school students.Thirdly,using SPSS25.0 to analyze the influence of psychological capital on the academic achievements,the relationship between each variable was explored by regression analysis.The empirical results show that psychological capital and learning engagement affect academic achievement positively,and learning engagement plays a mediating role between psychological capital and academic achievement.Fourthly,Based on the empirical results of this study and the use of psychological capital,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for improving the learning engagement level of high school students and promoting the improvement of academic achievements from the perspective of close cooperation among students,families and schools.The innovation of this paper is that,with the support of psychological capital theory and self-determination theory,this paper tries to introduce the mediating variable of learning input to analyze the influence of psychological capital on high school students' academic achievement.The research model of psychological capital,learning commitment and academic achievement is constructed.This study focuses on the group of senior high school students,and it is of great significance to study the influence of their psychological capital on their learning engagement and academic achievement,providing a new thinking direction for improving the level of academic achievement of senior high school students.
