| Students ’physical health has always been one of the most important issues for schools,families and even all sectors of society,because students’ physical health as the future of the country,their level of he alth is the basis for learning and wo rk.In recent years,the student physical health survey report show s that the health level of colle ge students is declining year by year.This will not only affect the efficiency of work after graduation,increase the medical burden,but also af fect the developm ent and future of the country.The level of cardiopulmonary endurance is one of the im portant indexes that reflect the level of physical quality.In general,the higher level of cardiopu lmonary endurance,the stronger the ability of the body to function,and the str onger the body’s resistance.On the contrary,physical activity and resistance will become weaker.Therefore,how to promote students to actively participate in sports activities,improve students ’level of cardiopulmonary endurance,and thus enhance physical fitness has become an important research topic.Therefore,this study explored the sports m usic prescriptions for low cardiorespiratory endurance college students through experimental tests,and Provided guidance for their choice of music types and exercise intensity.In the study,12 college students with low cardiopulmonary endurance were selected as su bjects.All subjects had no music Preference,and three Popular m usic(rock and roll,folk music and pop m usic)were selected as experimental music variables.The experim ent was designed by 2 * 3 subjects,and the independent variables were music type and exercise intensity.The experimental results show that:(1)The main effect of m usic type,there was no significant difference in m usic type on vita lity,Physical and m ental calmness,active investment and Physiological indicators;The main effect of Physical fatigue s cale was significant(P<0.05).In the course of the exercise.the subjects who listened to fast-rhythm rock music and fast-Paced pop m usic were significantly lower than the fast-Paced nation al music.(2)The main effect of the intensity of motion,the main effect of the intensity of motion in the dynamic excitation and the active input subscale is significant(P<0.05).Compared with the high intensity exercise,a low intensity exer cise to stimulate individual vitality and active engagement in higher degree;Subjects in high intensity exercise in Physical fatigue,subjective fatigue and abnorm al blood lactic acid value is higher than the lower intensity exercise(P<0.01);The subjects in the Period of high heart rate recovery after exercise was significantly higher than that of low intensity exercise(P<0.05);In two kinds of exercise intensity,different subjects and calm after exercise sub scale,reaction time and the lower limb muscle strength was not significant(P>0.05).(3)The interaction of music type and ex ercise intensity,the interaction of the two in the RPE m ean of the exercise is significant(P<0.05).When the subjects were low intensity exercise,listening to the significant differences between different types of music movement does not mean RPE(P>0.05);High intensity exercise,RPE m eans listening to fast-Paced folk music,pop music movement was significantly higher than the fast rhythm of rock music,in contrast to fast-Paced ethnic music and fast-Paced rock music in(P<0.01),found that compared to fast-Paced pop and rock music in fast rhythm(P<0.05).Conclusion: listening to fast-paced rock m usic and pop music have better ef fect on reducing the physiological fatigue and subjectiv e fatigue of college students with low cardiopulmonary endurance in lower intensity sports.The physiological fatigue caused by exercise was lower,and the subje cts ’vitality and active involvem ent were higher,and the body recovery time after exercise w as shorter and the exercise ef fect was better.In higher intensity exercise,listening to various types of music had lower ef fects than lower intens ity exercise on improving participants ’adverse mood and reducing physical and m ental fatigue caused by exercise.Among them,listening to fast-paced rock music has a higher ef fect on reducing subjective fatigue than fast-paced pop music and fast-paced National music. |
