With the improvement of living standards,followed by high fat and high calorie diet,sedentary habits lead to more and more "civilized disease" appear in our life.For example,obesity and metabolic syndrome,type 2 diabetes.Studies have confirmed that High intensity intermittent exercise(HIIT)and moderate intensity continuous exercise(MCT)can increase the maximum oxygen uptake,improve the body's heart and lung function,reduce fat content.However,under the same amount of exercise,is not clear that HIIT or FATmax,which mode effect is berrer on the distribution of fat content and the improvement of cardiopulmonary function,therefore is worthy of further study.Objective:To compare 10 weeks treadmill intermittent high intensity aerobic exercise treadmill and FATmax intensity of continuous aerobic exercise two kinds of exercise on the body of heart and lung function and body composition,explore the fitness benefits difference between two kinds of movement mode.Methods:In this paper,the exercise test was used to carry out exercise intervention on the subjects.testing the body composition and cardiopulmonary function date before and after the intervention.Data before and after exercise intervention,within group longitudinal contrast analysis,cross sectional analysis,in order to analyze the intermittent high intensity aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise intensity of FATmax continued differences influence on body composition and body function of heart and lung.30 patients in good health,and no injuries,respiratory system,cardiovascular system,endocrine system of normal school,all suitable for other diseases in sports of female college students,randomly divided into three groups.HIIT group,FATmax group and control group CON,experimental intervention for 10 weeks.Two exercise intervention group(HIIT group and FATmax group)were used to run,the slope was 2 degrees,the total distance of each movement was 8km.Before 6km,in strict accordance with the requirements of high strength,group HIIT with 90%V02max strength,each lasting 4min,interval between the two groups by self adjustment speed of active recovery,when RPE13 began to recover,under high intensity exercise group,2km after the self adjustment speed of active recovery,until the completion of 8km.FATmax group also continued to complete the FATmax intensity of 6km,after the 2km self adjustment speed recovery,until the completion of 8km.Research results:(1)The BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and WHR(waist to hip ratio)of HIIT group and FATmax group were lower than those before intervention,and the waist circumference and WHR of the untrained group were higher than those before intervention.The decrease rate of BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and WHR in HIIT group and FATmax were lower than those of control group,but there was no difference between FATmax group and HIIT group.(2)There was no significant change in body weight,body fat percentage,fat mass and lean body mass for control group after 10 weeks of exercise intervention,while there were significantly decreased in body weight,body fat percentage and fat mass(p<0.001)and significantly increased in lean body mass(p<0.01)for FATmax group and HIIT group.After exercise intervention,the body fat percentage and fat mass of the three groups were significantly different(p<0.05).The body fat percentage and fat mass of HIIT group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The weight loss rate,fat loss rate,fat mass decline rate and lean body weight growth rate of HIIT group and FATmax group were higher than those of control group.The rate of fat loss and lean weight growth rate in HIIT group were higher than those in FATmax group.(3)After 10 weeks of exercise intervention,the skinfold thickness in the seven parts of the control group did not change significantly,and the skinfold thickness in the seven parts of the FATmax group and the HIIT group decreased significantly(p<0.001).There was no significant difference in skinfold thickness between the three groups before exercise intervention,but the skinfold thickness of chest,midaxillary,abdomen,suprailiac and thigh in HIIT group was lower than that in control group after exercise intervention,and the skinfold thickness of abdominal was lower than that in FATmax group.In addition,there were significant differences in the skinfold thickness reduction rate between the three groups after exercise(p<0.001),the reduction rate of skinfold thickness in all seven parts of HIIT group and FATmax group was higher than that in control group,and the change rate in midaxillary,suprailiac,subscapular and thigh of HIIT group were higher than those of the FATmax group.(4)The changes of heart rate related indexes in the subjects under the two exercise modes after exercise intervention:After 10 weeks of exercise intervention,quiet heart rate,morning pulse were decreased,and the effect was significant,however,the effect of the two kinds of exercise in the morning pulse decreased,no significant difference.In terms of quiet heart rate,the effect of HIIT is better than FATmax.After 10 weeks of exercise intervention,the heart rate reserve increased in both groups,and the effect of HIIT was significantly higher than that of FATmax in the two groups.Conclusion:(1)The exercise intervention of,HIIT and FATmax can reduce the weight of the subjects in the 10 weeks,but the effect is not significant.(2)10 weeks of exercise intervention,HIIT was better than FATmax in terms of the rate of fat loss.(3)10 weeks of exercise intervention,HIIT could increase the proportion of lean body mass,the effect is better than FATmax?(4)The movement of the way,can make the body of the skin thickness of the seven points of the decline,and in the Midaxilla fat,Suprailiac fat,Subscapular fat and fat in Quadriceps,the effect of HIIT is better than FATmax.(5)The intervention of exercise for 10 weeks could improve the cardiopulmonary capacity of the subjects,to enhance the heart rate reserve and decline the resting heart rate,the HIIT's efect was better than that of FATmax.
