The rapid development of the technology and economy has greatly changed people’s lifestyle. The less physical activities and the more nutritional intake could directly lead to a general decline in people’s athletic ability, which would increase the disease incidence of chronic diseases continuously and do harm to human’s health seriously. In the recent years, people gradually realized the seriousness, and with the active advocacy from the WHO and health experts, proper diet and moderate exercise become the consensus of health promotion.The so-called moderate exercise, which means the suitable exercise was carried out depending on the individual health status and athletic ability, and also means to reach the fitness goals in safety the premise. Thus the effective fitness program, which based on the health and athletic ability, against the safety of the specific fitness goals, is the exercise prescription. In the recent years, exercise prescription has been the hotspot of the field of sports promoting healthy, large outstanding reports were seen at home and abroad. The main form of exercise prescription contains motion, exercise intensity, exercise duration, exercise frequency and exercise precautions.As an important indicator of human health, Cardiorespiratory Fitness (CRF) is a core element of the various components of physical health. Body composition is closely related to human health, and it can be used to evaluate the health status and the physical level, and it can also be used to evaluate the effect of exercise. Body composition is relevant cardiorespiratory fitness levels. Cardiorespiratory fitness positively correlated with cardiovascular disease. Heart rate is one of the ways to detect the cardiovascular function, which represents the quantitative indicators that heart can withstand and is often used to monitor the physiological indicators of cardiovascular. Good cardiorespiratory fitness will help improve all aspects of the functions of the body, prevent chronic disease, promote health and access to use the oxygen in the body, as a result increasing the energy metabolism and prolong exercise time. I can be seen that improving cardiorespiratory fitness has significant meaning to enhance people’s exercise capacity and reduce the incidence of the diseases.There are many ways to improve cardiorespiratory fitness, such as running, swimming, hiking, cycling, and so on, in which each form of the exercises has its own unique advantages. Among them, running can enhance the cardiorespiratory fitness, reduce body fat ratio and quiet heart rate and so on. Running is easy to carry out and has less constraints, it is loved by people and gradually becomes a universal public. In this paper, we present an exercise prescription to enhance the cardiorespiratory fitness based on the treadmill:(1) We designed the algorithms of exercise prescription, and realized procedures to control the treadmill automatically change the speed and incline to guide the runners joining the safe running exercise with specific strength and rules. Firstly, we need to get the basic information (age, height, resting heart rate, etc.) of the runners, then do the questionnaire about chronic diseases and then test the runner’s body composition. Secondly, the runners’ F.C. will be tested by the secondary/ tertiary load test method. Finally, depending on the runners’ maximum predicted heart rate and the fitness goals to determine the range of the target heart rate. And the range of the exercise intensity corresponding to the moving target will be calculated according to the linear relationship between heart rate and exercise intensity. According to the relationship between exercise intensity with speed and slope, the exercise intensity values are converted into speed and incline values, which will be automatically adjusted by the designing of program controlled treadmill.(2) 32 young subjects were invited for the tracking experiment with a period of eight weeks, and the effectiveness of exercise prescription was demonstrated by comparative analysis of the experimental results. The 32 subjects were divided into four groups, the exercise prescription intervention group, the independent exercise intervention group, and the two types of non-intervention control group. After the tracking experiment of eight weeks, it is found:The change of the body fat rate showed significant differences (p<0.01) of the subjects from both the constrained exercise prescription intervention group and the independent exercise intervention gro up. Meanwhile, the cardiorespiratoryfitness levels of the subjects from the constrained exercise prescription intervention group ehibited highly significant difference with p <0.01, and we got p<0.05 from the subjects of the independent exercise intervention group. As a comparison, the body fat ratio and the cardiorespiratory fitness levels didn ’t change significantly (p> 0.05). The results verified that the cardiorespiratory fitness exercise prescription proposed in this paper has a significant effect for enhancing card iorespiratory fitness and reduce body fat rate.Conclusion of this article may provide a reference to the development of the cardiorespiratory fitness exercise prescription or the reduced fat exercise prescription of the young and the others.
