The New Course Teaching Reformation requires higher quality of the physical education teachers and the higher practical abilities towards the teachers from the society.The project,Post Teaching Practice(Teaching as a professional teacher who is on duty),projected by Hebei Normal University has been achieving great success in training undergraduates' teaching practical capabilities,but some concrete measures still need promotion.The author in this paper tries to design some practical measures to solve these problems,and to put forward some reliable theory for the related department which is responsible for the Post Teaching Practice.To guarantee the smooth carrying out of the study,the author summarized the structure,contents and the relevant theory of the practical teaching ability through mangy methods,such as documental material,questionnaire,Delphil Method,Field Work,Mathematical Statistics and has read a lot of relating materials.During the deigns of the paper,the author read many works about Post Teaching practice and was ready for the paper writing.Through a lot of reading and Delphil Method,the author finished the ability construction of the structure for the Post Teaching practice undergraduates and the author has known of the present state of the Post Teaching practice undergraduates through field work and the participation of the whole process of instruction of the Post Teaching practice,which is taken as the base of this study.Based on the study of contents of the teaching practice ability,and combining the experts' advice,the author draws the following conclusion:the practical teaching ability for the physical teaching undergraduates includes three first class aims: teaching deign ability,teaching carrying-out ability,teaching evaluation and reflection ability.Thirteen second class aims: students analysis ability,teaching goals design ability,teaching contents deign ability,teaching strategy deign ability,leading and preparation for the class ability,teaching organization and management ability,teaching method adoption ability,protection and helping ability,teaching instruction ability,teaching communication ability,ending the term teaching ability,teaching evaluation ability and teaching reflectionability.Thirty eight third class aims: learning state analysis ability,students desire analysis ability,deign physical-development-goal ability,deign knowledge-skill-aim ability,ability of deigning the aim of mind adopting society,ability of analysis of contents for learning,ability of finding the difficult points,ability of planning the teaching order,ability of deigning teaching activities,ability of arranging the teaching surroundings,ability of leading the class teaching and learning,ability of carrying out the prepared activities,ability of controlling the movement burden(load),ability of controlling the teaching process,ability of inspiring teaching group,ability of teaching in small groups,ability of teaching order management,ability of settling the unexpected incidents,ability of displaying the site equipment,ability of teaching physical education based on language communication as the main means of conveying information,ability of using direct perception as the main method of teaching physical education,ability of using physical body exercise as the teaching method,ability of application of competition as the main PE teaching method,ability of application of probing as the main PE teaching method,ability of mastering the proper time of protection and aiding,ability of finding fault movements,ability of correcting the wrong movements,language conveying ability,non-language conveying ability,ability of ending the class with inductive method,ability of ending the class with some suspense,ability of ending the class with extending,ability of ending the class with echoing of beginning and ending,ability of evaluation of the learning process,ability of evaluation of the teaching process and the ability of reflection of the teaching process.The second: to analyze the index weight based on the established teaching practice structure,and to explain the index contents which will be fit for the study mentioned here.The author makes the evaluation standard fit for the study by reference to some senior experts for the physical education teaching practice evaluation standard.The third: the author deigns the questionnaire about the Post Teaching Practice and writes the interview outline to the teachers who are responsible for the students and who are living with them,and sorts out the questionnaire papers,and analyzes the factors which influence training ability to the physical education practice undergraduates.The fourth: the author deigns the correspondent training plan to the present problems and puts forward some correspondent advice.The plan presents how to train the practical teachingability to physical education undergraduates who are doing teaching practice as professional teachers,and the plan is relevant to almost all aspects including the stages of Post Teaching Practice,from preparation before it,the training in it and achievement evaluation after it.
