How to improve normal university student's ability of practice is an impor tant issue of education reform of normal colleges in our country.Teachers is t he key of Chinese education development,only teachers be good,students can only be good.Normal universities is the cradle of training teachers,as a preservice teacher,the students need to cultivate professional theory,professional,professional knowledge,professional skills,professional ability,etc.This article selects A college students in Henan province as the research object,combining Field investigation of Cultural Anthropology and Pedagogy research methods,start a study on the teaching practice ability of normal school students from th e perspective of Cultural Anthropology.The main research is to show students' opinions and ideas,through the questionnaire and interviews,understand the te aching practice ability of normal students in internship in the views of the dev elopment,use their own views to explain their culture.Class study is presented in the main research content of scientific analysis and demonstration objective,with investigators held views to explain the cultural factors to see,summarize d the influence of normal students' teaching practice ability of development,an d to solve the problem of students' teaching practice ability development and p uts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This article is divided into five part:The first chapter is introduction.It asks questions and tells the research st atus at home and abroad,research ideas,research methods.The second chapter is the basic Interpretation of the teaching practice abili ty.It includes the summary of the teaching practice ability,the concrete compo sition of the teaching practice ability,which makes clear the classification and classification of the teaching practice ability,and the theoretical basis of the te aching practice ability training.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the teaching practice ability of normal students from the perspective of Cultural Anthropology.It c onsists of three parts: the first part is about the significance of the research m ethod of cultural anthropology.The two is the investigation and design of the t eaching practice ability of normal students;the three is the analysis of the teaching practice ability of normal students from the perspective of cultural anthrop ology.The fourth chapter is about the training strategies of normal college stude nts' teaching practice ability.Five strategies are proposed to solve the above pr oblems,they are improving the students' practice consciousness to clear teachin g practice ability concept;strengthening practice teaching in normal colleges,establish and improve the practice management mechanism;improving the teach ers training mode,highlighting the practical teaching;optimization of teacher e ducation courses,teaching ability development importance;improving the monit oring and evaluation system of practice teaching process.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
