In-post practice is defined as the senior students, who experienced specific systematic training, go to basic education schools for taking part in full-time teacher position exercise activity of half a year. Besides in-post practice has been carried out many years as an important mode of education practice to improve student’s education teaching in our country. Their mainly educational and teaching activities are classroom teaching and class management in practice schools. Take a comprehensive view of the existing cultural heritage, there are a lot of research about professional quality and teaching activities of students with in-post practice, but few about class management of student with in-post practice. The current research showed that the quality of class management, to some extent, affects the teaching quality of the school.This study lasted one and a half years, and the author visited dozens of high schools, more than 30 the front line teachers, looked into students with in-post practice of 13 practice schools by using the convenience of the position. The author collected a large number of data by incorporating himself into the student’s life and by tracking. Then the data provides realistic basis for building the factors of class management ability of student with in-post practice. On the basic of this,the author constituted cultivation strategy of class management ability of student with in-post practice and carried out, besides it afforded good results, providing guidance for the development and cultivation of students with in-post practice.The main contents are in the following:Status investigation: Interview students with in-post practice and faculty advisers of hebei normal university and teachers of practice schools. Then design questionnaire, and investigate the current situation and problems of class management ability of students with in-post practice.Construct factors: The author constructed factors of class management ability of students with in-post practice according to the theoretical principle of documents, the realistic basis of investigation, the practical reference of interview. The factors are in the following: ① classroom management ability: the conventional classroom management ability, the classroom time dealing ability, the ability of keeping classroom in order, the ability of carrying out classroom activity.② the ability of communication and coordination: the ability of erecting prestige quickly, the ability of dealing with problems among students, the ability of getting on well with students, the ability of organizing student-centered activities.③ Psychological education ability: the ability of understanding the status of student’s psychology, the ability of feeling student’s psychological change, the ability of counseling student’s psychological disorder, the ability of cultivating the health psychology of students.Constitute strategy: It is based on the factors of class management ability of students with in-post practice, and the current needs of them. Constituted specific cultivation strategies:① To control the experts lead; ② To set up the network platform; ③ To organize diversified activities.Result test: Prepare the questionnaire, and utilize the paired sample T to test the difference of class management ability before and after in-post practice. According to the result, the cultivation strategies have a positive influence on class management ability of them, and by the ability of classroom management, the communication and interpersonal skills, the ability of psychological education, the degree of influence declined in turn. Observe the change of class management ability of them. It tested that the cultivation strategies help them switch roles quickly, then incorporate themselves into the post, otherwise they help them promote the class management ability quickly, in other words, they help to improve the effect of class management.
