Men's freestyle wrestling is a potential advantage project of our country.There has always been great potential for growth in the athletic competition field.Freestyle wrestling is a kind of confrontational sport.It is a kind of sports where both athletes directly contact one another through physical contact on the playing field and through the mutual confrontation between the two limbs.The high level of play of athletes depends on various skills of the body.The use of skills.From this we can see that the sport has very high demands on the strength of the various joints of the body.Not only that,but the coordination and cooperation of the joint forces is also the key to victory for freestyle wrestlers.Therefore,in the training process of wrestling events,we must pay close attention to the strength training between different joints,perform effective and targeted training for different joints,and at the same time pay attention to the training of coordination between different joints.A good training decision is needed.The effect of different joint forces.In this study,we use the American isokinetic muscle tester(Isomed2000)to perform 0°/s and 180°/s speeds on the back,elbows,shoulders,and knees of Chinese male freestyle athletes(Deng Zhiwei).The isokinetic muscle strength test analyzes the peak torque,relative peak torque,peak torque time,peak moment angle,average peak moment and flexion ratio,and the ratio of the same side.According to the comparison of the muscle strength characteristics of various joints with domestic ones,the specific conditions of Deng Zhiwei's joint training were understood to reflect the current situation of joint strength training of domestic elite wrestlers.Finally,according to the characteristics of joint strength training,hoping to have some help and enlightenment for China's men's freestyle wrestler(Deng Zhiwei).Through the study found that: China's men's freestyle wrestler(Deng Zhiwei)muscle strength in the maximum peak torque,relative peak torque,average peak moment generally exists in the extensor muscle greater than the flexor muscle characteristics.At the speeds of 0°/s and 180°/s,the maximum peak torque and the average peak torque increased with the speed,the back and shoulder joints had an upward trend,and the elbow joint and knee joint showed a downward trend.In the ipsilateral flexion-extension ratio of the lower back,there was an unstable phenomenon(above 63%-132% range),and the maximum flexor strength was low.At the same time,there are different degrees of imbalance in the elbows,shoulders,and knees in the same side of the same name ratio,elbow maximum flexors and extensors,the maximum strength of the shoulder,and rapid strength flexors,knees in the rapid strength There is an imbalance in the flexors and extensors(over 10% range).These problems all affect the exertion of athletes' strength and become the “bottleneck” of athletes' level promotion in certain stages.According to the analysis,this article gives the following thinking and training methods for the disadvantages of the freestyle wrestler Deng Zhiwei's joint imbalance.One is to strengthen joint stability training and eliminate ipsilateral flexion and extension and imbalance of the opposite muscle group;the second is to increase the proportion of rapid strength training,such as plyometric training;the third is to develop maximum strength and strength endurance for the upper limb The main and lower limbs should be mainly focused on rapid strength;the fourth is the ability to develop the maximum strength based on sufficient strength and strength.
