This paper adopted the isokinetic muscle testing(two test speed: 0 ° / s and the180 ° / s)and 3d load test,the method of combining statistics and analysis,to our country outstanding athlete free fall zhang feng main joint muscle strength and hold your legs movement strength characteristics were tested and analyzed,the results:(1)zhang under two kinds of test speed of the small of the back extensor muscle group were greater than flexor,small of the back of the flexor ratio were 83.9% and 92%respectively;(2)at the two test speeds,the extensor muscle group of the right and left elbow of zhang feng was larger than the flexor,and the ratio of the episcopal muscle group had a large imbalance.(3)zhang under two kinds of test speed on either side of the shoulder joint extensor muscle group is higher than the flexor muscle group,left and right sides of the screw within the above spin outside the muscle group,opposite side the same muscle group also showed the greatest power of the group of flexor around imbalance;(4)two test speed under knee extensor muscle group was also higher than the flexor muscle group,there is a certain gap on the opposite side muscle group with the same ratio(0 ° / s,flexors(left/right)= 102.4%,extensor(left/right)=82.1%;180 ° / s,the flexor(left/right)= 88.2%,extensor(left/right)= 97.4%).At the same time,based on three-dimensional strain of arms legs movement strength data speculate that left knee explosive power and fast strength is not very good,but also the stability of the left knee joint muscle is poorer,power fluctuation.Conclusion :(1)it is necessary to strengthen the targeted practice of the rapid strength of zhang feng's back.At the same time,due to the imbalance of the flexion muscle ratio in the lower back,the maximum strength of flexor muscle is smaller,and the maximum strength of flexor muscle should be strengthened.(2)in the future training,it is necessary to strengthen the fast strength and maximum strength training of the left hand flexion,and eliminate it.The imbalance of the left and right sides.(3)the maximum strength and rapid strength of both sides of the shoulder joint of zhang feng are relatively high.But fast spin outside the muscle group strength is relatively small,it is certain to should have corresponding strengthening,and the opposite side the same muscle group also showed the greatest power of the group of flexor around imbalance,should raise awareness in training,enhance the stability of practice.(4)the research thinks,knee flexor muscles,especially on the right side of the greatest power of flexor should be strengthened,at the same time,based on three-dimensional strain of arms legs movement strength data speculate that left knee explosive power and fast strength is not very good,but also the stability of the left knee joint muscle is poorer,power fluctuation.Therefore,the rapid strength,explosive force and stability of the left knee joint should be strengthened.At the same time,the author further gives some inspirations or Suggestions :(1)to eliminate the imbalance of the left and right side of the eponym group,and to strengthen the balance training of the right and left muscles.(2)strengthen the stability of major joints(such as the lower back and knee joint,both of which play a significant role in the initiation and transmission of power).(3)enhance the strength and endurance of joint muscles(such as elbow and shoulder joint).(4)increase the proportion of speed training in training.(5)focus on the selection of physical training methods.
