Research On Practice Teaching Of Innonvtion And Entrepreneurship In Colleges And Universities

With the increasing number of college students in China,the problem of College Students' employment has become the focus of the whole society.On the one hand,the employment situation of college students in China is severe,and the talents who have innovation and social entrepreneurship potential ability is much needed,on the other hand,practice teaching plays a key role in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability.However,the practice teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in Chinese collage had many problems to be improved.Based on the above background,the paper focus on the theme "research on practice teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.The study of this proposition can help us to understand the shortcomings of the existing practice teaching mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship in our universities and provide the direction for the future reform,and the establish of a scientific teaching mechanism for innovative and entrepreneurial practice can provide suggestion for the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,and the study is of great significance for solving the problem of College Students' employment.Around this proposition,firstly,to analyzes the theoretical foundation of innovation and entrepreneurial practice teaching and its significance to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability.Secondly,the author summarized the current situation and then analyzed the main problems existing in the practice teaching system in Chinese colleges and universities.Thirdly,the author started an analysis of the successful experiences of universities at home and abroad and summarized their advantages and disadvantages.Finally,based on the main problems and the advantages and disadvantages of the successful cases,the author built a practical teaching mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship which is suitable for Chinese colleges and universities.Through the study,the main problems are as follows:First,the full understanding and importance of practical teaching in Chinese universities needed to be improved;Second,Our universities lacked a systematic and perfect practice teaching mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship;Third,the number of university students participating in practice in our country was limited and their degree was insufficient;Forth,there was a shortage of practical teaching resources and platforms and insufficient support of the teaching staff for innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in Chinese colleges and universities.The construction of the practical teaching mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship based on the top-level design,that is setting up a special institution for innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,and at the same time,with the construction of the practice teaching system as the core and the support system as the safeguard factors of the practical teaching mechanism.
