Research On High Education Practice Teaching System Which Aims At Improving Students’ Innovation And Entrepreneurship

Employment problems faced by college students, while social labor were generally in short supply, signs of this contradiction shows that the presence of personnel training mechanism university personnel needs of the21st century with a certain bias. Have the practical ability, innovation and social entrepreneurship potential talent is much needed, one of the most important ways to develop this innovative entrepreneurial talent is through the practice of teaching. I learned from constructing practical teaching system model for innovation and entrepreneurship training to proceed, through the accumulation of experience in the practice of teaching reform in colleges and universities, and strive to improve the quality of university teaching practice to explore ways to ensure the smooth College Students’ Ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. To further elaborate practical teaching system constructed, the paper selected Central China Normal University digital media technology professional practice teaching system reform for the case, combined with the status of several media professional practice teaching in schools survey, summing up the successful experience of their practice teaching reform, analyze and perfect inadequacies. Finally, the characteristics of practical teaching system model to summarize the research process inadequacies exist and post prospects were analyzed in order to practice teaching reform and practice teaching system constructed to provide a valid reference.This paper consists of five parts, the first part describes the background and significance of the article, the analysis of current research in related fields through a literature review of methods, design research program of this topic; second part is an overview of innovation and entrepreneurship training and practice teaching system theory, practice teaching system summarizes the important role of universities in innovation and entrepreneurship training personnel in; third part is to build a model of practice teaching system capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship training, mainly on the practical teaching problems in system construction principles and the specific construction of the constituent elements of the contents; part IV on the basis of research on the status of implementation of the analysis the number of cases in the school media practice teaching system reform, the implementation and results of the analysis of the problems and build in accordance with part III the proposed model is perfect practical teaching system feasibility of the proposal; fifth part of this paper is to summarize the research found that the problems have clear directions for further research.
