The work of the teachers of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities is not only a kind of effort of physical and intellectual labor,but also a process of emotional labor.The teacher's emotional control and pay runs through the whole course of the teaching of Ideological and political theory.The emotional state of teachers not only directly affects their physical and mental health and work status,but also directly affects students' acceptance of teaching content of Ideological and political theory.In recent years,there has been a lot of research on the emotional labor problems of employees and other teachers.However,as an important group of high emotional labor,the study of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities is weak.This paper intends to do a little research on the emotional labor of teachers in Colleges and universities.Based on reading relevant literature at home and abroad,and drawing on the related research results of emotional labor both at home and abroad,this study initially constructed a basic theoretical system of emotional labor in University Ideological and political teachers.This study defines the connotation of emotional labor in University Ideological and political teachers,probes into the emotional labor requirements and emotional labor strategies of University Ideological and political teachers,and constructs a causal model of emotional labor in University Ideological and political teachers.On the basis of theoretical construction,this paper takes a part of College Ideological and political theory teachers as the research object,and designs a series of questionnaires about emotional labor problems of College Ideological and political teachers.By using the questionnaire survey,the paper makes an empirical study on the emotional labor problem of the ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities.In this study,the difference and correlation analysis of questionnaire survey data was analyzed by using SPSS22.0 software.Based on the emotional labor of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities,this paper mainly discusses the influencing factors and the results of emotional labor ofIdeological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities.The results of the study show that:1.Difference analysis: In the demographic variable,there are significant differences in the influence of age,education,professional title,full-time part-time and substitute hours on the emotional labor state of College Ideological and political theory teachers.However,there is no significant difference in the influence of gender,age and political outlook on the emotional labor status of the ideological and political theory class teachers.2.Correlation analysis: There is a significant positive correlation between the organizational factors and the emotional labor status of the ideological and political theory class teachers.There are significant correlations between the emotional labor status of the ideological and political theory class teachers and the three aspects of job burnout,professional happiness and professional identity.And the correlation of different dimensions is different.On the basis of the above theoretical construction and empirical research,this paper discusses the path of the construction of the Faculty of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities from the perspective of emotional labor.This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of teachers' contingent of Ideological and political courses at the government level,school organization level and individual level.
