Ideological and Political Theory Courses is the key courses to foster morality.Teachers are the key to the implementation of the courses.The sense of acquisition of teachers in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities plays an important role in improving the teaching quality of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in colleges and the effectiveness of moral education for students,and it has the significance of direction guidance for the construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in colleges and universities.Improving the sense of acquisition of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities,and it affects the teaching of ideological and political theory.An important factor of quality is an important condition for improving the sense of acquisition of college students' ideological and political theory courses.The sense of acquisition of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities refers to the positive and continuous subjective experience of Ideological and Political teacher shave obtained from their actual efforts in educational and teaching activities.It mainly includes the sense of acquisition of material,spiritual and professional development.The sense of acquisition of Ideological and political teachers in material through ideological and political teaching and scientific research.The sense of spiritual acquisition generated by the recognition and recognition of students and society by promoting the growth of students and talents.Teachers can obtain their own career development channels and the pleasure and satisfaction experience of career promotion and professional growth.Based on the three dimensions of material,spiritual and career development,this paper conducts an online questionnaire survey in Zhejiang and Guangxi provinces by using the questionnaire.The results show that the overall sense of acquisition of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities is at the medium level,in which the sense of spiritual acquisition is relatively high,and the sense of material acquisition is the lowest.According to the comparison of different groups,there is no obvious difference in the sense of acquisition of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in the school area and gender.There is a significant difference in the sense of acquisition of career development among teachers with different professional titles.The sense of acquisition of professors and teaching assistants is relatively high,while that of lecturers and associate professors is relatively low.The sense of acquisition of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities the influence of social factors,school management and the nature of the course.A series of problems brought about social transformation and the diversification of information in the information age impact the status of Ideological and political theory course and the teaching of Ideological and political course.The recognition of Ideological and political teachers in the society has a direct impact on the teachers' sense of spiritual acquisition.The material guarantee provided by the society has an impact on the teachers' material acquisition.The school management system has an impact on the ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities.The school is the main implementation subject of the policy,which directly affects the development of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in all aspects,thus affecting their sense of acquisition.The nature of the curriculum determines the special responsibilities and missions of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and universities,and determines their different status and needs.Therefore,we should provide substantial guarantee for the improvement of teachers' sense of acquisition from the aspects of material security,career development,curriculum construction and social environment.To provide the most basic support for teachers from the material level to meet their material needs.To pay attention to the vocational training of College Ideological and political teachers,improve the evaluation system,smooth career development channels.To optimize the curriculum construction,arrange teaching classes scientifically and reasonably,improve teaching effectiveness,combine with multi-party forces,strengthen the ideological and political construction,reduce the pressure of Ideological and political teaching.Finally,to optimize the social environment for enhancing the social status of teachers,but also for the ideological and political teaching to provide a good educational environment.
