lies in teachers.This points out the direction for the teaching improvement,reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the new era,new situation,new requirements and new groups--further enhancing the affinity of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities.There is no doubt that in recent years,this has become one of the important problems that need to be solved in the ideological and political education teaching in colleges and universities in China.The teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities are the most important educational force to impart Marxist theoretical knowledge to students,to help students to set up correct values,to form correct thinking,to cultivate good ideological quality and to promote moral level.They shoulder the dual mission and task of teaching and cultivating people.However,the lack of affinity among teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities affects the realization of this task and mission.The thesis starts from this logical starting point.On the basis of a clear understanding and grasp of the basic connotation of affinity and affinity in the field of education,the thesis further defines the affinity of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.From the point of view of high affinity of teachers of ideological and political theory,a kind of non-power influence factor,a kind of classroom atmosphere that permeates democracy and teaching.This paper uses questionnaire survey,observation method and interview method to investigate the current situation of affinity of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities from a multi-dimensional perspective.The survey found that college students affirmed that the ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities have a certain affinity,but the overall performance of the affinity is weak.Analysis of the reasons that some ideological and political theory course teachers in the affinity show professional literacy to be consolidated,the lack of a cornerstone to enhance the affinity;The lack of attractiveness,appeal and affinity in teaching and skills has affected the teachers of ideological and political theory to show and improve their affinity.The ideological and political theory course teachers personality charm affinity to be sublimated,it is difficult for students to have a sense of affinity for teachers;The lack of communication and interaction opportunities between teachers and students is not conducive to the formation of harmonious and close teacher-student relationship.On the basis of this,the paper tries to put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,.the teachers of ideological and political theory course should firstly innovate the backward and obsolete teaching concepts to improve their affinity,and establish the "student-based" and "three close" teaching concepts of affinity.To improve the theoretical persuasiveness of the major,the teaching content to show the affinity should adhere to the "due to the case" to respond to student needs,"according to The Times" to reflect the voice of The Times,"due to the situation and new" rich teaching materials,strengthen the affinity of the teaching content targeted and times;To improve teaching skills,teaching methods and methods should be flexible and diverse,and teaching languages should adhere
