Research On The Competence Of Teachers Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In Colleges And Universities

The Competence Structural model of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities is a multi-dimensional comprehensive system.The teaching ability is the guarantee,It is each ability quality comprehensive utilization;Professional character is the key;Personality traits are innate.Ideological and political theory course teachers' competency through development,the positive trend mainstream status,but in the face of modernity in the context of ideological and political theory course teachers all sorts of challenges,there is no denying that the ideological and political theory course teaching present situation is not very satisfactory,teaching lack of strong attraction,competency remains a matter of ascension.This paper further explores the reasons and finds that the main influencing factors come from the internal and external aspects.The internal influencing factors are teachers' main body and individual,which are manifested as teachers' teaching burnout,personal morality and declining sense of responsibility in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The external influencing factors come from the imperfection of school system,the social dilemma caused by the impact of informatization and marketization,and the education environment with imperfect policy system in the new era.The competence of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities is limited by subjective and objective factors.It can be said that the new era calls for the improvement of college ideological and political theory teachers' competence.Based on the questionnaire survey data of teaching competency of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities,this study draws on the theoretical support of marxist theory of all-round development,iceberg model theory,teacher specialization theory,constructivism theory and other theories,so that the theory has both theoretical basis and practical support.Therefore,this study injects impetus into the competence improvement of ideologicaland political theory teachers from three aspects: teacher independent development,school system improvement and government policy guarantee.
