Research On The Standardized Administration Of Education And Training Institutions In China By The Wisdom Of I Change

The main object in this thesis is the current situation of Education and Training Institutions administrated by government departments.During the administration,there are lots of problems,such as position mistiness,irregular occupation standards,charging problems,management issues of new network platform,lack of tax,management execution in some areas and teachers' qualification examination,and so on.In the second place,the author tries to find out many related reasons for these problems.The thesis demonstrates seven reasons one after another.First of all,absence of legislation plays a role in it.Second,marketing regulation is not in place.Third,both lower awareness of paying taxes and irregular taxation procedures cause a lot of tax problems.Next,charging standards are not unified.What' s more,teachers in Education and Training Institutions,whose qualifications and professional titles are not examined,because there are no relevant laws or regulations.Last but not least,neither corresponding management of new network platform nor administrators themselves in the public sectors are perfect.When it comes to the solution,the author traces back to "I Change",the first priority to all classics,puts forward her own opinions and solutions.With the wisdom of "I Change",the fundamental ideas are how to work out the current problems of administrating Education and Training Institutions,how to come up with effective solutions and how to develop specification management of Education and Training Institutions.The author gains a great deal of enlightenment with the correspondent thoughts of eight hexagrams and another two special hexagrams in sixty-four hexagrams(Bi and Zhongfu)of "I Change".From the wisdom of Qian and Kun hexagrams,the author draws the inspiration that comprehensive plans and effective implementation can figure out irregular occupation standards.Learning a lot from the wisdom of Li and Kan hexagrams,the author can get the hints that institutional rewards and punishment can inspect whether the administration of Education and Training Institutions is good or not.From the wisdom of Gen and Dui hexagrams,the author can find great illumination that qualified personnel and funds can solve many problems,for instance,faculty,tax and financial affairs as long as they have both talent and virtue.The author also gains enlightenment from the wisdom of Zhen and Xun hexagrams that if the overall thorough administration of Education and Training Institutions is carried on,the regulations won't have little success in some areas.The wisdom of Bi hexagram tells us to form Social Training Industry Association in order to help each other and strengthen the self-discipline,while the wisdom of Zhongfu hexagram asks us to enhance credit construction.Finally,some trustworthy institutions and punishment for defaults should make it known to the public.From what has been discussed above,we may safely draw a conclusion that the present public administration can find great illumination in our ancient ideas of traditional culture,especially"I Change".
