With the rapid development of the education market in China,the education and training industry has also been rapidly developed.In particular,with the advent of the mobile Internet era,the education and training market and online education have ushered in the peak period of investment.International institutions have also actively participated in investing in China's education industry,and local companies have actively planned to enter the capital market and do their best.But at the same time,the competition between educational and training institutions is becoming more and more fierce.The development direction of enterprises is needed,and the formulation of an effective development strategy has become a key problem that needs to be solved.This paper takes M education and training institution as the research object,studies and analyzes the concept connotation of strategic management,the method of strategy formulation,discusses the company's future development strategy,the development status of the education and training industry,and the development of the internal and external environment for comprehensive analysis.The SWOT matrix analysis is applied to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats.The company's development strategy is elaborated and the content of strategy formulation is clarified.Firstly,through the investigation of M educational and training institutions,the paper obtains the advantages and disadvantages of its development,and then obtains the opportunities and threats to its development through the PEST and Porter five-force models.Then the paper adopts SWOT method,combining with the development reality of M educational and training institutions,and draws up corresponding development strategies for M educational and training institutions.It is believed that it should adopt diversified development strategies at present,and points out specific strategies to implement measures.Finally,from the enterprise internal resources optimal allocation,the implementation of advanced human resources management and development and other aspects of M education and training institutions put forward corresponding strategic implementation safeguards.Through the research of this article,it can be seen that M education and training institutions are facing not only the opportunities such as policy and law support for theeducation and training industry,but also the increasing market competition and the increasing number of potential entrants.There are advantages such as excellent teaching staff and strong teaching ability,as well as disadvantages such as imperfect management system and low market visibility.Based on the internal and external environment of M education and training institutions,this paper uses SWOT points and QSPM evaluation methods to formulate the overall development strategy for the implementation of diversified development strategies.That is,avoid external threats as much as possible,strive to bring out the advantages of resources,try to make their own schools more distinctive,forming a unique regional advantage.It also puts forward the guarantee measures such as optimizing the allocation of internal resources and strengthening the voluntary management and development of human resources.
