Teacher evaluation of teachers' work is real or potential value judgment activities,the adequacy of teacher evaluation,not only affect the enthusiasm of the teachers involved in education reform,and is closely related to teacher effectiveness and professional development.Currently,basic education teacher evaluation stage main incentive and developmental modes,both have their advantages and disadvantages.From people-oriented,mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers perspective,the development of evaluation is more suited to the current reality,it can be said the next step is the development trend of teacher evaluation.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is an introduction,describes the current situation of research on the development of teacher evaluation,be the definition of related concepts,presented the significance of this research purposes,the main content and research;The second part focuses on the the content and features of the development of teacher evaluation;third part introduces the Weicheng District Experimental Primary School to carry out the development of teacher evaluation relevant circumstances;fourth section analyzes the development of teacher evaluation of school effectiveness,problems and cause analysis;part V proposed to further improve the development of teacher evaluation of proposals in order to establish a relative development of science teacher evaluation system.This paper is based on research Primary School as a case study,with the theoretical results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,analyzes the development of the school teacher evaluation problems and causes,suggest improvements for the development of teachers and in-depth evaluation of the implementation of the promotion reference.
