From the theoretical analysis,the internal management of teachers in colleges and universities belongs to a more systematic and comprehensive management of internal,so the internal management of teachers in the problems and countermeasures are reflected in many aspects.The lack of certain aspects of internal teacher management in colleges and universities will directly affect the effectiveness of the internal teacher management in Laos colleges and universities to a certain extent.At present,there are many problems in the management of teachers in Laos colleges and universities,which greatly affect the improvement of the quality of education and teaching in Laos colleges and universities,which is not conducive to the stability of the teachers in Laos.The management of teachers in Laos colleges and universities has always been at a moderate level of development.In other words,from the Lao University teachers managers who analyze the management of teachers in Laos,the management of teachers is inefficient.From the analysis of the internal factors of internal teacher management,college teachers agree that the managers of colleges and universities can use the university teacher management system to manage them scientifically,but the managers of colleges and universities do not recognize this view.College teachers in the post training and the relevant departments to provide some of the continuing education bias,which directly affects the teacher's emotions,can not be actively into the work.Laos college teachers pressure is relatively large,a direct impact on the physical and mental health of teachers,the school did not make timely compensation,college managers do not attach importance to the feelings of teachers and indifference.Lao college teachers generally believe that schools lack a comprehensive,impartial and objective assessment of them,can not effectively improve their work enthusiasm and efficiency.Laos colleges and universities teaching and research group did not play a role in promoting the school's managers did not attach importance to this aspect of the construction and work arrangements and so on.This article on the Lao colleges and universities within the management of teachers and research is under the guidance of a certain educational policy,according to Laos education and internal teacher management laws and regulations,as well as rules and regulations and teachers professional code of conduct,norms and so on.The use of a variety of scientific methods,purposeful and planned to Laos general university teachers to organize,Laos colleges and universities teachers initiative,enthusiasm,creativity and so fully mobilized,and combined to ensure the overall quality of teachers in Laos So as to ensure the realization of teaching and educating goals in Laos colleges and universities,and promote the continuous development and improvement of educational undertakings in Laos colleges and universities.In this paper,the author analyzes the problems existing in the management of teachers in Laos colleges and universities,and hopes to provide some valuable reference points for the colleges and universities in Laos,and realize the teachers' management level and quality in Laos as a whole.To further promote the development and improvement of education and teaching in Laos colleges and universities.This paper is divided into three parts,the first part is the relevant theory elaborated,aims to provide a theoretical basis for the writing of the full text.The second part analyzes the problems of teacher management in Laos colleges and universities from the aspects of management concept,teaching hiring system,teachers 'mental health,teachers' democratic system,teacher evaluation,teaching development needs and execution.From the cultural level,institutional level and At the practical level,the emergence of these problems has been analyzed.The third part is mainly for the second part of the problem after the analysis of the recommendations,aimed at improving the management of teachers within the Laos level.
