| With the coming of the era of economic globalization and the growing prosperity of China,China has become a big country of studying abroad.Overseas students from all over the world come to China to study.The social evaluation of college graduates is an important part of the evaluation of college teaching level,a direct reflection of the quality of higher education personnel training,and an effective way for colleges and universities to strengthen their contact with the society,obtain valuable external feedback information,improve the quality of education and teaching,and enhance their competitiveness.It can be said that the social evaluation of university graduates is an important indicator to measure the quality of students in all aspects and reflect the quality of personnel training.In recent years,more and more Lao students come to China to study.In 2018,the number of Lao students studying in China reached 14645,ranking the 8th in the total number of Chinese students.The education of Laos students in China has been carried out for a long time.However,in practice,no matter the source country or the host country,all sectors of society lack a reasonable and accurate evaluation of the comprehensive quality of university graduates studying in China.In this paper,the research topic is "the social evaluation of the quality of talent training of Lao university graduates in Yunnan Province",which studies Lao students who have studied in Yunnan Province,China,but have now returned to work.It mainly selects Lao graduates from Yunnan University,Chuxiong Normal University and Xishuangbanna Vocational and technical college to investigate.Through questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other methods,it grasps the evaluation of Yunnan Lao university graduates by their work units,family members and social public,and presents the existence of Chinese Lao education in education,teaching and daily management In the problem,to explore the causes of the problem,and put forward solutions and suggestions. |
