The conceptual system of "Amount of Substance" is a difficult problem for high school students to enter high school.It is the basic knowledge of transition from macrocosmic world to microcosm.High school students are very prone to myth in learning this knowledge.Through the study of various literatures,the study of the concept of myths at home and abroad,the lack of research on the concept of the myth of the domestic material,self-compiled two-stage diagnostic questionnaires,Concept of the status quo.The results show that the concept of "Amount of Substance" is related to the physical quantity of a single microscopic particle;the Avogadro constant is not measurable;the amount of moles and matter is confused;the molar mass is confused with the relative atomic(Molecular)quality of the meaning of the gas molar volume of the use of the conditions are unknown;the amount of material concentration in the volume is unknown.On the basis of the exploration of the concept of material quantity of myth,this paper,with the guidance of constructivist thought,has consulted many literatures at home and abroad.It is found that the anchored teaching design in constructivism has played a very good effect in conceptual learning,but it has not been involved in the concept of material misunderstanding.Based on this,the author and the practice instructor to communicate the design of the amount of material anchored teaching design.The author in September 2016 to 11 months in Ziyang secondary school selected two students of the equivalent of parallel classes,were set up for the experimental class and the control class,the experimental class with anchored teaching design,the control class using conventional teaching design.By the author coached for a period of about one month of the amount of material conceptual system anchored teaching.After the end of the study of the two classes of high school chemistry compulsory 1 Chapter 1 unit test results were analyzed.It is found that there are significant differences between the results of the experimental class and the control class.Through the interviews with the students in the experimental class,it is found that the anchored teaching design is effective in the teaching of the conceptual system of the concept of material quantity,Can provide a reference for the teaching of first-line teachers.The research results show that the conceptual system of material quantity is designed to distract the teaching,to promote the students 'understanding of the concept,to improve the students' autonomous learning ability,to cultivate the students'learning motivation,to improve the students' The students returned to the classroom,reflecting the new curriculum reform ideas;help students to form a solid concept system.Finally,because the researchers have limited time and lack of experience,the research prospect is put forward at the end of the paper,and the conclusion is only used for reference,and it needs to be further tested and perfected.
