Since the implementation of the 2007 national health standards for students,it has been revised in 2014.In the same year,the ministry of education issued "students constitutional health monitoring and evaluation methods of the primary and secondary schools sports work evaluation method" "school sports work of the annual report way" of the three methods,such as establishing and perfecting the test report,including school department review step by step,the random spot check and the prediction of dynamic analysis,information feedback of the public,and evaluation result application system and management measures,drive around the implementation of the responsibility for the development of school sport,tasks,and the annual report system,key report regional rate of school physical education course and teaching implementation of the overall situation,the information on the development of sunshine sports,school sports funds investment,improving teaching conditions,teacher team construction and physical health of students and other key indicators.We will deepen students' comprehensive quality assessment,academic level testing and examination system reform,and build on the basic system of the school sports system to promote the healthy and healthy young people in all aspects.This paper uses literature,survey method,interview method,questionnaire method,comparative analysis,logical analysis and other research methods,mudu high school of Jiangsu province level 2014 451 high school students(male 211,female 240)for three consecutive years(2014,2015,2016)of the national student physical health standard "test scores were statistically analyzed,and the influence factor of the high school students physical health questionnaire,questionnaire survey,to study the physical status of students,influence factors and its development trend.The results are as follows:1.BMI body mass index shows that about 83% of female students are in normal weight range,the proportion of overweight and low body weight is almost the same,the obesity rate is around 3%,and the female body shape is generally good.Boys around 70% of the students in the normal weight range,overweight and obesity students proportion is more than 10% in three years,also have a certain proportion,low weight boys uneven internal fat and obesity is still an important factor in men's physical health.2.The mean of female lung capacity decreased by 2.91 ml in 2015,but the mean of the score decreased significantly.The mean of male lung capacity has risen,and the average score has fallen sharply in 2015,and the students' physical function is not stable.The mean of male and female lungs rose significantly in 2016,reaching the adult level,and students in the high three stage have matured in cardiopulmonary function.3.The girls' speed quality,explosive force and coordination quality first rise and then stay stable;The flexible quality and strength first rise and then decrease;The endurance quality first decreases and then stays steady.The male explosive force and the coordination quality,the strength quality rise,but the strength quality is still poor;The flexibility quality and endurance quality first rise and then decrease;The speed quality first rises and then stays smooth.4.The factors that affect students' physical health are more complex and complicated,and the school sports work: the time of PE class ensures that the teaching quality needs to be further improved.The large ball field is more abundant,the small ball field has to be increased;Lack of teachers' guidance in extracurricular activities;The motivation of female exercise is to be improved.The actual exercise effect of the exercises is better.5.Physical exercise: the enthusiasm of physical exercise is not high,especially the female students are more obvious,and it increases with age.The exercise frequency is low,the duration is short,the exercise intensity is low,the exercise time can not be guaranteed;The equipment cannot meet the demand.6.Factors of life: students sleep less;The diet is more regular,the structure is not reasonable,fussy,the partial food phenomenon is serious;The arrangement of after-school schedules is unreasonable;Parents have different attitudes towards students' participation in physical exercise;The parents themselves exercise the way is older.7,physical testing process: testing personnel training does not reach the designated position,test time arrangement is unreasonable,the test data validity needs further examination,test results timely feedback,propaganda way less physical tests,propaganda is not enough,and so on.The following Suggestions are made for the above problems:Adjustment of physical fitness test report time;Adjust the sub-item and score in the standard;To strengthen the evaluation and management of school sports work;Strengthen the guidance of physical fitness test and pay attention to the feedback of physical fitness test results;Innovative PE teaching mode,focusing on the cultivation of students' physical training habits;Arrange the rest time reasonably and improve the efficiency;Maintain a balanced diet and maintain a constant weight;The promotion of physical health is emphasized.
