In the course of human history, especially in slave and feudal societies, women often exist as appendages to men. With the highly development of capitalist industrial civilization and the rise of feminist movement, women’s demands for gender equality are becoming higher and higher.Theory serves the reality,so many studies have focused on women.Women into the male-based work and learning and other fields encountered difficulties and obstacles. But the times have changed,in the modern civilization is highly developed today,if men enter the female-dominated related fields will be how? Will they face the same problems as women entering male-dominated fields? In what ways are they? What should we do about this? With the above questions,I have studied the crisis of boys’ self-identity in girls’ vocational schools.I believe that the development of this study can not only further enrich the theory of self-identification,have important theoretical value, but also guide the reality. In order to solve the female-dominated school boys self-identity crisis to do a modest.Besides the introduction and conclusion, there are three parts in the study on the crisis of boys’ self-identity in girls’ vocational schools. The first part systematically expounds the theoretical basis of supporting the research of this paper. The theoretical basis of this part mainly involves three aspects. One is Giddens’ theory of self-identity.Mainly from the origin of self-identity-"out of control world",the starting point of self-Identity-"Noumenon security and reconstruction of self-identity"-"modernity against modernity" and other aspects of a more profound elaboration. The second is O’Neill ’s theory of male gender role conflict, which is mainly elaborated from two aspects: role gender conflict and gender role conflict The third is the theory of gender bias, which is explained systematically from two aspects: social bias and gender bias. The second part mainly analyzes the present situation of male self-identity crisis in female vocational school. In this part, taking Hebei N Vocational and Technical College as an example, with the help of questionnaire investigation and personage interview, this paper analyzes the gender role identity(including understanding oneself status and understanding gender status),school identity(including cultural and environmental status),and so on.Professional identity(including professional familiarity, professional emotional status, behavioral status and appropriate traits)class identity(including class management status),Class cohesion, member interaction and joining small groups are analyzed in four aspects: the crisis of boys’ self-identity in girls’ vocational schools. The third part mainly aims at the crisis of boys’ self-identity in girls’ vocational schools and puts forward relevant education strategies.First,it is suggested that male students should design a colorful life in accordance with their own characteristics on the basis of accurately grasping their own characteristics and correctly understanding their own gender roles.Second,it is suggested that schools should take the construction of a harmonious culture of both sexes as the cornerstone, explore differentiated education management as the core, realize diversified logistics services as the guarantee, and meet the development needs of different groups for the purpose of creating an environment that takes into account the characteristics of men.Thirdly,it is suggested to construct a professional training system suitable for male students’ gender characteristics from the aspects of improving their cognition, emotion, behavior and relevance. In 4th,it is suggested that the class community with distinct identity should be explored from the aspects of innovating management mode, cultivating spiritual culture, strengthening class identity and eliminating antagonistic teams.
