Teenagers are the important source of professional team training professionals,the development of campus football activities directly affect the selection and further development of football talent.This paper first analyzes the basic situation of the campus football activities in urban areas of Harbin city,Based on the study of the development of the campus football activities in Harbin in recent years,by using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods,this paper selects and analyzes the present situation of the primary and secondary school football.Based on the collation of information found in a series of problems,and finally for these problems,the corresponding conclusions and countermeasures.hope that through the theoretical research can make the campus football can change to a good direction.The main conclusions of this study are as follows.There are many problems in the campus football development in primary and secondary schools in urban areas of Harbin City,main factors affecting Harbin City Campus football development in campus sports facilities is not perfect,the education funds are not sufficient,teachers strength is not strong,the school leaders do not attach importance to students,parents do not support such factors.The countermeasures are as follows:First,the education department should increase the campus football attention,improve sports conditions in urban areas of primary and middle schools of Harbin City,increase capital investment.Second,improve the campus physical education teachers in primary and middle school management system,to carry out regular football related professional knowledge training courses,to encourage and support the school sports teachers use holiday time to go to college football professional learning.Third,it is necessary to increase the propaganda of primary and secondary school students' football match,the youth football competition needs not only the education and management of the two departments of sports,but also the media's attention and support.To enable more and more students to participate in campus football activities.Fourth,to strengthen the Heilongjiang Football Association on campus football.To improve the attention of primary and secondary school leaders on campus football.Fifth,change the concept of parents,due to the low age of primary and secondary school students,less life experience,so do not have the ability to mature judgment,so the parents will seriously affect the child's ideas.Sixth,to improve the quality of extracurricular football activities,to develop students' interest in learning football,the school can be used for the school football players to hire professional football coaches to conduct after-school training guidance.
